SWEET CONE ALABAMA ICE CREAM

Loved this place it was fantastic. It was pricey. One scoop in a cup $4.99 plus tax and credit card fee. Around $6.00. Ice-cream was delicious and topping were plentiful. The shop was adorable with 2 photo booths and a play area. Overall enjoyed the place, hopefully the price will come down some.

Went to sweet cone and water a milkshake and they said it was down but when I got to the window they said it was working but was to lazy to do it… terrible service

I love this ice cream but the attitude one of the workers gave me today I will never return. I take that back I will go just to talk to a manager. I ordered Through DoorDash before and realize that you cannot order a waffle cone so I called the store and the Lady was nice enough to say hey I can take your payment and add the cone to your order which was very nice of her so when I called back Today I asked Worker if she could take my order for the waffle cone only because it was done before the worker replied so you want me to ring up a cone and add it to your door dash before I could respond she said with the nastiest attitude no I am not doing that you will get your order as you ordered on door dash and as I got ready to ask why so rude she hung up in my face . I called back to speak with a manager no one would answer the phone. I’m in customer service and this was so unprofessional. I canceled my order and they only gave me half my money back. That’s fine I refuse to ever eat there again

Really cute ice cream and sweets shop! They have an actual pool of "sprinkles" that kids can get into and 2 free, cute photo booths set up. They have a great variety of ice cream flavors including many unique ones and a few classics. I tried the brown butter, caramel and it was delicious! I hope to go back someday and try one of their candy treats.

They serve Hershey's ice cream here like many places do. Ice cream was very good. They have interesting add-ons that you could put with your icecream. Additionally there are selfie booths to take photos to post on social media. I didn't so this but you do have those options. Not alot of seating though. I suppose the drive thru is very popular unless of course you drive a Porsche and have no interest in getting icecream stains inside you car.

The staff was helpful and friendly, she let me sample a couple of flavors which helped me decide what flavor I wanted. They have so many flavors to choose from and last, but not least it was very clean on the inside. If you want good ice cream and good service I highly recommend this place.

The feel is as cold as the ice cream. Cute, but too pretentious and uninviting. Let alone being charged $2 extra if you want your ice cream in a store bought cone. I asked for a waffle cone thinking it would be the fresh homemade kind. Negative, their boxed grocery store cones. The charge is absolutely ridiculous! You're met with two signs that threaten to call the police if you loiter. I don't know if they've had problems in the past, but this place is too cold and in all the wrong ways. The only thing sweet is the ice cream. I'd rather drive to Orange Beach and go to Del's.

Their ice cream is a little sickly sweet for me, but I think that’s kind of standard for Hershey’s ice cream. They have a sprinkles play pit, my kids loved so I might come back to get them ice cream. They sure don’t mind very sweet ice cream. Don’t think I would get it for myself again tho (not that my waist line needs it lol).
