No dairy free options, which is a bummer for me. However the rest of the family enjoyed their ice cream!

This place is superb!!! Beautiful Decor and so many delicious flavors of icecream and other wonderful treats! The staff were also very sweet and attentive!

We stopped by for some ice cream after dinner. The lady working there was doing her very best. However, with 20-30 customers in the store, there was only one worker. I find this to be unsafe for the lone worker and also not very professional of a business. We had to wait at least 30 minutes to get our ice cream. We left a tip as it was not the lady's fault and she was working hard and being professional. I do not intend to come back as there should be at least two workers on any shift for a place this size. The wait is too long due to this issue, and the lone worker clearly has more to do than should be expected out of a single person.

I recently visited with a large group of my friends. Our server, Krissy, was outstanding and the most patient person I have ever met! She served at least 20+ of us all by herself along with other customers in the store. There should have been another employee, but Krissy definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were all served. She was very passionate about her job. We will definitely be going back again soon!

The ice cream is delicious (Hershey's) and the atmosphere is fresh! A great stop for ice cream on a hot summer day. The only downside is it's a little pricey.

Oh, and the staff is awesome! They were so friendly and welcoming!

This is definitely going to be my new hangout spot. This place has a wonderful atmosphere for kids and adults alike. Very spacious for group Hangouts. They have a variety of things on their menu that are absolutely delicious. They are also health friendly with their smoothies and gluten free ice cream choices. Their service is also great. The workers are super friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this place for hangouts and sweet treats. (They also have free WiFi)

Customer service was awesome! The ladies are the sweetest! This is the go-to place for delicious fudge, ice cream, huge jawbreakers and milkshakes! Oh, and yes we did play in the sprinkles on our first visit! 🤪😜 This place is worth the visit for all ages!

I usually don’t do reviews, but this place is awesome! I went in on November 21, 2020 around 7:00 pm with 6 of my kids and both of the young lady’s working were outstanding, patience and very helpful! Wish I would have gotten there name to give them the credit they deserve. Well worth the money and time! My kids all say this is the best ice cream shop they have been to!!

Good ice cream and friendly staff. There is a couple of places set up in the store where you can go into a booth and take a photograph, like being in a photo booth; so very cool.

The one girl that worked there all by herself on Valentine day of all day was clearly in over her head. She truly did her best but .... whoever scheduled this...

The place is nice and clean, no complaint there. There was no structure after that... where does the line start? People skipping (not the poor girl's fault) etc... I waited more than 20 minutes amd there was only 1 person before me when i got there... go figure... we considered going back to the drive thru.
Anyways... It looks like it could be a great spot for ice cream ...once hey figure out how to decrease the wait time. Now I have waited in line longer but it was a legit demand... That was just poor management. Will give another chance. Please surprise me
