SWEET CONE ALABAMA ICE CREAM

OMG LOVED THIS ICE CREAM PLACE! SO CUTE AND THE ICE CREAM WAS AMAZING! THEY HAD A SPRINKLE POOL AND BOOTHS TO TAKE PHOTOS😁

Price don't match the quality.... I had a banana split and it was ok but compared to the ice cream shop near Cordova Mall it doesn't stand a chance next to them

Amazing shop. Staff is super friendly, decor is AWESOME, and the photobooths and sprinkle pool are seriously one of a kind. Go here! You won't be disappointed. Their ice cream is awesome, and their candy selection is vast and well-priced.

Staff is extremely nice and the shop looks amazing. The ceilings, the beadboard, and misc trim just make this super clean and inviting atmosphere. Seems like a really cool place to hang out with the family or friends with plenty of room for larger groups. They also have a full coffee menu, fudge, treats, and candy sold by weight. They obviously sell ice cream also.

3 stars because first time we went its was a great experience. Second time they bad almost no ice cream. And the worker was like oh well. So we left with no ice cream bought. EDITED for Owner response. My experience was from 3 weeks ago not last weekend.

Our first visit to Sweet Cone Alabama was amazing!! The employee, Chrissy was exceptionally professional. It was very busy and she maintained a very sweet attitude. The ice cream did not disappoint! Will be visiting again.😊

After receiving some pretty bad customer service, I was awarded with a liquidy and 3/4 full milkshake. I went through the drive through, and the guy sighed and was very short with me. He spoke so quietly and fast that I could barely understand him. I had never been here before, and I don't think I'm coming back.

I have been to all the ice cream shops in the city Baskin-Robbins.... Marble slab..... Sweet Cone...Yes it is all ice cream.... And all very good ice cream..... But sweet cone got them because they have the one thing the others don't..... The convenience of a drive-thru... Lol

Stopped by to get ice cream at the drive trough yesterday sunday and the girl was working alone and there was a lot of people inside. We waited 20 minutes or more at the window. Needless to say i never got any icecream ,we were ignored at the window. How about yall have more than one person working on weekends smh. 'll get icecream elswhere. The girl working was working alone so its not her fault,hire more workers

Fun place for the kids and amazing ice cream with lots of variety. This is our absolute favorite place in town.
