Wonderful place, Wonderful people, Wonderful tasty treats and drinks. Very delicious Iced Matcha Latte and freshly baked goods. They also have in-house made ice creams, yogurt, and granola. Shawn is an awesome server with a magical smile. Many people come in for togo orders and lots stay and enjoy the atmosphere inside. People also enjoy relaxing and chatting with friends outside at the sidewalk tables. Very kid friendly and clean, well-stocked restroom. This is a real Pensacola 💎 💎 💎

I've lived in the Pensacola area for almost six years now, but I just found this place thanks to Google (now that I'm moving unfortunately!) It is an amazing little bakery, just what Pensacola needs. The atmosphere is so cute, and the employees were so nice. The baked goods, food, and coffee are delicious!! Anytime I'm back here, I will 100% be making a trip over to the Craft Gourmet Bakery. Please give them a visit. You will not regret it!

We stopped here on our way from TX to FL and we're glad we did. Both breakfast burritos were tidy and flavorful. Especially the turkey one! Avocado Today was as delicious as it was picturesque.
Our iced decaf coffee and hot oatmilk mocha were also well made. It was training day for a new barista but she was well coached and supervised. Props to her for keeping up and receiving my feedback well.
And the ambiance was on point. Light, bright, and well decorated.
Finally, the staff was welcoming and friendly. If we have the opportunity to return, we definitely will.

I just recently found this cute little bakery, and I LOVE it! The quality of service is exceptional, and the environment is quiet and perfect for a brunch date or just to chill. The food and drinks are phenomenal; the mocha latte is superb. 10/10 recommend trying it out!

We stopped in on Wednesday at 2:58 pm and asked if they had any extra pies above the reserve pies they had for the day. The ladies let us know that they didn’t know just yet and it would be a little while before they would know. We asked if we could just wait in the store until they determined if they would have any extras. They asked us what we wanted and we sat down. While we were waiting my wife had a “blueberry danish”, she really liked it. All the while we waited it was just a constant flow of customers in and arm loads of goodies out. This has to be the place! Shortly the ladies had two pecan pies and four 5 inch pumpkin pies above today’s orders. We only needed one pecan and two 5-inch pumpkin will do.

One of your customers recommended that we get some “Focaccia” and we did. It was awesome! And those Earl Grey cookies hit the spot as well.

I’m going to tell you Folks…if you need pies. This is your “go to pie shop”! We cut these today and they were the best I’ve eaten.

LOVE this bakery. Have tried 4 different of their baked goods so far and all have been amazing. Even the chai latte I ordered was one of the best I’ve ever had. I’m so glad this place exists near me.

Jordan and Anna made this wedding cake process so easy and straightforward! We live out of state, so I (bride) had my parents go do the cake tasting and decided what flavors we wanted over FaceTime. We had three tiers, each with customized assortment of cake flavors, fillings, and icings, and it turned out beautifully! In terms of decoration, the groom wanted a rustic-looking naked cake (but still with a decent amount of icing) and I wanted magnolias. Jordan finished this vision off to a tee! Also, they delivered it with absolutely no stress on us, and it all was super delicious.

Decided to stop here for brunch a few days ago and—wow—this place is great!

It’s maybe a little on the pricey side compared to other bakeries I’ve been too, but absolutely worth every penny.

I ordered their daily iced tea special and it was some of the best tea I’ve ever had. It was a blueberry hibiscus lavender mint something concoction—I honestly don’t remember, but whatever it was melded into refreshing deliciousness.

The club croissant was savory and flakey perfection. Just beautiful.

The maple bacon pull apart (pictured)…there aren’t words for how amazing this thing is. Buy one. Buy two. Buy all of them and give them to all your loved ones. Or, better yet, don’t share with anyone. It’s that good.

TLDR: 10/10, try it!

I can’t believe I didn’t know about this gem. I was looking for a German chocolate cake for a coworker’s birthday, and it was delicious and beautiful. Everyone enjoyed it. I also never had a panna cotta before, so I was excited to try one - very tasty! They certainly have quality ingredients, beautiful photos, and lovely craftsmanship. I can’t wait to return for croissants, bread, pasties, and breakfast!

Everything looked so beautiful and delicious and I excitedly bought a number of things. When I tried them the next day though, most didn't quite hit the mark. I'm hoping it was a fluke and the result of not eating them then and there, but I don't think items should lose this much flavor and quality after being refrigerated over night and brought back to room temperature.
The frosting on the cupcake while beautiful had an oily texture I didn't expect, like whipped butter. It wasn't very flavorful either, which was disappointing.
The macaron cookies were a perfect texture, but the filling was the same oily frosting as the cupcake frosting. The fruity pebbles flavor was pretty on point for both the cookie and the filling.
The birthday cake cookie was a cakey texture and was just sweet, without much else going on.
I'm hoping to visit again and be able to rave about everything, this visit just didn't do it.
