Decent spread on the menu, but food was average at best. Would have been nice to have real butter with toast and fresh salsa.

Excellent food. We had Alana's Benedict and Biscuits & Gravy.
Seating is limited, so if you come at really busy time, be patient to get a seat. You order as you come in and they give you a number and then bring your food to the table.
We will definitely be back. It's a small establishment with BIG flavor!

Cafe Bistro is the best breakfast place in Pensacola Beach. The food is amazing, you can tell it’s made with love. I had the bistro platter, it was delicious and the pancakes were perfect. The Chef Jeremiah came out, he is a sweetie. I high recommend if you want some good eats!

The best breakfast around! The music is very pleasant, the customer service is top notch, and the food is cooked fresh and is COMPLETELY outstanding! I'm addicted! 100% amazing! If you are looking for a great dining experience, I would suggest Cafe Bistro. Its hard to find good quality and they found it. Whoever is cooking the food, kudos to you! Beautiful presentation and very tasty.

The pancakes are huge and delicious! I was afraid they'd be gummy in the center, but no. They were perfectly cooked. My daughter and I shared because they are large and thick. We had the strawberry banana and my other daughter and granddaughter shared chocolate chip pancakes and described them the same way. Choose your favorite and enjoy. Hope you're hungry! Cafe Bistro is a wonderful little diner in the middle of a strip center. The food is made to order, fresh, hot and good. My wife's eggs were great. I had the shakshuka which was good but I was expecting more Mediterranean spice flavors. We will definitely go back when in Pensacola again.

Okay so we’ve been here a few times the past few months and each time has been great, until today. The employees were out front smoking when we arrived and they didn’t come inside to help us until they finished their cigarettes. Then they came straight in without washing their hands… which is pretty disgusting. And our food tasted days old and microwaved. The biscuits were wet and soggy and tasted super old. If this was my first time eating here I would never visit again.

My husband almost divorced me because I found this place the day we were leaving back to Texas lol. Employees were very nice and accommodating of our needs (we don't eat pork) . I forgot my daughter's diaper backpack and they are so nice in returning it back to me. Definitely a must stop in Pensacola!

As much as I would love to gate keep this cafe… it is one of the best places for breakfast on Pensacola Beach. Not only is the food fantastic but the coffee is top notch. Shout out to Raquel for making the BEST caramel macchiatos!

Cute cafe on Pensacola Beach! Food was great (had a pizza) and the dessert was amazing (triple chocolate cupcake! 😋). Above all, the customer service was the best--kind, thoughtful and timely! I look forward to going there again soon.
