Cold Breeze

My go-to spot for iced coffee! It is like 20oz for less than $4 and the flavors are great, my favorite is hazelnut. They also have amazingly delicious breakfast sandwiches. I am a regular!

Absolutely loved the place! They were super nice and we loved the ice cream and boba. The kielbasa was awesome along with the bacon and cheese. The ice cream combo with the bubble waffle was heavenly. Had the berry one and enjoyed it so much. Thank you for your service and will absolutely come again.

Boba is spectacular, coffee smoothie is so tasty, sandwiches and kolaches are flavorful and delicious. Price point is very fair. Beautiful vibe inside. Friendly customer service

Houston, we have a problem! Everything is so good. We have had several different versions of boba teas and they've all been delicious. The bubble waffles were so good. Didn't get a picture in time before they were gone. This place is very close to Oriole Beach elementary and coastline Christian academy, so if you have to wait in those long lines for pickup you might as well swing through here and grab something!

The only thing I could ask for is covered seating outside.

I went to the Cold Breeze for lunch today and had a wonderful club sandwich on a croissant! It was so delicious… the croissant and bacon were heavenly! I took my little one back for ice cream after practice And had the bananatella bubble waffle and oh my gosh it was so delicious! The bubble waffle was made fresh and so good! The prices are so affordable and the food was absolutely delicious. We can’t wait to go back!

Me and my husband are Thai tea and Green tea Matcha fans. We come to visit from San Diego very often and we had never found a good place for boba tea, until now!
This place is clean, staff are friendly and their boa tea is really good! We also had a tuna sandwich today that was amazing.
We’ll always come back!!

They have so many flavors and varieties of boba drinks! So delicious! 🤤 We didn't get any food this trip, but next time we will.

Awesome place! Croissants are fresh and amazing! Prob best BLT I’ve ever had!! And the teas are fantastic too….they give you so many options to customize your drink the way you like it! Also had the spring rolls, also amazing. The staff are always so pleasant and friendly, and the wall murals you could get lost staring at! Beautiful work! Highly recommend, so glad we have this awesome addition to our community!
