Really good breakfast and vanilla latte!! My husband got plain pancakes and I got a bacon and egg biscuit. They have a big menu and all the food we saw from the tables next to us looked really good! Seating is really limited and you have to be patient to get a seat. You order as you come in and they give you a number and then bring your food to the table. So if you don’t have cash, put your tip on the card as you order.
It’s a small space with really good food! Totally recommend!!

Ambience - A clean, sanitized place with social distancing. It has good parking space and also good seating arrangements.
Little crowded place but will get breakfast onto table on time .

Service - we got allocated a table with a associate came and took our order with couple of suggestions. We got our food on time in 15 mins.

Food - the break fast is really tasty and mouth watering one. I love to repeat this place again.

The food was delicious. Came out piping hot. All the workers here are so friendly and kind. We had breakfast, but will definitely come back for lunch or ice cream later.

We stumbled across this family owned Bistro looking for latte during our trip to Pensacola Beach. We liked it so much that we returned to the bistro each morning for breakfast and coffee. The latte and food were delicious. The young lady, Raquel, taking orders and making our drinks amazingly recognized us and remembered our drink order on our second visit. She greeted us with a friendly smile and good conversation each of our 4 visits. We would highly recommend Cafe Bistro.

First time here. It was very tasty. The smoothies are a must when you stop in. Ice Coffee is yummy and a great way to start your morning on the beach. The food is delicious. If you are looking for breakfast this is a must stop while visiting Pensacola Beach.

We ordered an omelette, strawberry banana pancakes, a coffee mocha and double espresso. The food was tasty as was the coffee. It seemed appropriately priced compared to other similar breakfast places.
What really made the experience nice was the woman working was kind and clearly invested in the business making sure we enjoyed our food and beverage. I would definitely come again.

i ordered it on door dash & it was done within 15 minutes. got this for my dad for father’s day! both me, my brother, my mom, & my dad all adored this food. i got my mom a plain pancake and she could barely finish it as it was so big & fluffy! my two brothers had the chocolate pancakes and loved it so much! there’s so much pancake they were able to save some to eat for breakfast tomorrow. i got the nutella french toast & it was divine. my father got a pancake, apple fritter, eggs, bacon, & sausage - he ate it all in one sitting. so glad i was able to surprise my father with this, excellent experience. i only took pictures of mine and my brothers food. all of it was amazing though. very pleased with this place.

We had found this place online, and was unsure about the time they open as the times online were different than their website. We arrived at 7am after driving straight through for 14 hours. It was pouring rain when we arrived. At 7:30am the open sign came on and immediately people started exiting their vehicles and walking inside. By 7:35 all the tables inside were full and people were still coming inside. The cashier wasn't friendly, even tried cracking a couple jokes with her, and the guy behind me told her to smile and she just stared blankly at him. Might want someone a little friendlier at the front counter. The food was absolutely amazing, and we could've shared our pancakes which were literally TWO personal size cakes! Mom had the french toast with nutella and daughter had a blueberry muffin which they heated up for her. Our coffee wasn't too sweet and was just what we needed to start the day off. Excited to find clean restrooms as well. When we left at 8am, there was still people piling in. It is definitely one of the choice breakfast spots in this area. We seen the eggs benedict and other breakfast plates coming out and they all looked amazing! I don't think you could go wrong with anything you order, just be sure to bring your appetite!

This breakfast/brunch place was such a great find! The Bloody Mary was tasty! The Alana’s Benedict was delicious with the smoked salmon! The chocolate chip pancake was so filling, we shared one order between three people.

It was a good breakfast! nice atmosphere! great selection of food! only thing that I didn't like it was pancakes (tastes like sweet bread) But the whole breakfast covered the impression of pancakes.
