We ate here twice for breakfast while staying in Pensacola Beach- once at the restaurant and once for takeout. The restaurant is small with very limited seating so if you are going at a peak time, expect a wait for a seat. You order at the counter and are given a number to take to your seat. We sat outside at a small bar top with stools. Food was served within 10 minutes of ordering. For takeout, we ordered online and food was ready at quoted time. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and a great price for the size. I recommend Raquel's griddle.

I asked for a rare steak and they delivered! Soft scrambled eggs were cooked exactly how I liked it. Steak had little fat and was seasoned perfectly. Menu had plenty of options.

Surprisingly quiet little cafe in a very busy part of the world. It is almost like a breakfast retreat, speaking of breakfast, they serve it until 12:30 and they are open Monday. The pancakes are so fluffy and good. If you love breakfast don't miss out on these fluffy clouds of delight. Our service was amazing too. My husband messed up his order online and they gave him the pancakes he forgot to get... Like... Awwww, ty.

This is such a delicious cafe in Pensacola Beach - the staff was amazing. Food was served hot, the shaksuka was my favorite for sure.

Ommgggg!!!! Y'all gotta try this little hidden gem in Pensacola. It is sooooo goood. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with cheese grits and bacon and it was phenomenal. The biscuits were so big, fluffy, and delicious. The sausage gravy was absolutely perfect. And the cheese grits, ahhhh, those were some cheese grits, so good!!!! I tried some of my husband's Shakshuka, and I honestly didn't think I would like it, but omggggg so good!!!! It was so fresh and different and oh so good. And the vibe in here was amazing. It was so chill and easy going. And they had some chill music playing too. Overall, 10/10 definitely recommend. Can't wait to come back on my next visit to Pensacola.

We tried this because it was voted best breakfast place in Pensacola. That may be the case but it appears the standards for best breakfast are lower than one hopes. First thing we were struck by is the set-up. It's not a cafe were you get to order at the table. It's more like an ice-cream parlor where you go up to the counter to place your oder and then try to find a seat. The table are crammed in tightly. It's a very busy, happening place with several employees hustling and delivering food. The cashier taking our order was very kind and patient while we asked questions. We ordered, found a table, and waited, and waited, and waited. People who came in after us received their food. We finally snagged an employee to ask when our food was going to be ready and he told us we needed to order at the counter. When we explained we had, he then checked on our food and suddenly it was ready. The portions were large. Their pancakes were very thick. BF really enjoyed that - I prefer fluffier cakes. The taste was ok. It seems all the breakfast locations are part of the same strip mall, and the two we visited both had similar set-ups, which was uncomfortable - but perhaps that's just how they do things there.

Nice little hole in the wall. I ordered steak and eggs to go and a couple of pastries. First disappointment was them being out of the chocolate croissant I went there for. My second choice was the apple fritter but it was less than half the size of most Apple fritters so not worth it to me. But the greatest disappointment was sitting there almost a half hour waiting for my order. Two couples came after me and were served before me. One even finished before I got my order. I'm puzzled as to why.

A+++ Excellent food. Breakfast tasted freshly cooked, good quality items to make up one delicious breakfast. The pancakes were giant and fluffy, biscuits were delicious and good quality, even the breakfast meats were cooked perfect. Highly recommend Cafe Bistro!

Great experience at cafe Bistro!! The pancakes were like none I’ve ever had, and I’m from the south. The shakshuka was my favorite! So delicious! And the staff are so nice!
