Great Cuban coffee & food! Everything tasted perfect and was reasonably priced.

Zero stars, got our order wrong multiple times and then proceeded to serve us moldy flan….

I am not sure paradise cafe or paradise Cuban restaurant is the same owner or what .they are so close to each other.I was planning to try Cuban food .end up go to the paradise cafe .and is was so disappointed! Everything from pics they are saying is out .and we spend over 50 dollars for chicken / steak and white rice .the taste is bad .no service.and little amount of food .also .I went to Cuba before.for sure is not the same taste ..is not worth at all . Personally I don’t recommend to eat it here .sorry but just saying the truth

Food was ok but not worth the return trip. A couple complaints. I got 3 sandwiches. I was expecting 3 fries. Only got 2 and when I asked I was told the potato sticks on one of the sandwiches counted as fries. The menu states all sandwiches come with French fries. Secondly I was upset at the auto gratuity on a to go order. I would be understanding if I sat down but I never tip on a to go. Lastly service was extremely slow. I ordered when I was 10 minutes away and was told it would be 10 minutes. When I got there I waited another 20 minutes. On top of that no one was there and no meals but mine came out of the kitchen when I was waiting.

I left the place with mixed feelings. The place was clean and pretty inexpensive and the staff was nice. The food was good for how little it cost, but they completely forgot about my appetizer, so I got it 10 minutes after I finished my main meal (and asked where it was). The juice was pretty good though. Worth a visit if you are hungry and it's on the way, but not a must-do for me.

The split pea soup is the best I've had. The staff friendly and helpful. The meat pies exceptional. The cuban bread delicious. A wonderful meal and experience

Our first time here, the café looks nice but the cashier lady had an attitude... The tamales had no flavor at all; we had to put hot sauce to make it taste like something.

Please take into consideration that first impressions are important. Even if the food is not as great, have your employees treat customers nice...

This 1 star review is only for the pizza. It tasted worse than cafeteria pizza I had in middle school. It was undercooked with no crispness in sight. It didn't look like anything in the photos. The pineapples weren't fresh and were out of the can. They tasted weird. It took 12 minutes longer than we were told it would take but we heard the cooks laughing and talking loud. One cook kept checking out my wife. Its obvious they don't focus on pizza. But if they don't, why offer it anyways?? Two pizzas for almost $50 dollars!!

We hadn't seen this spot last year on our vacation, wish we had! Ordered the Cuban sandwiches, they are HUGE and taste great. My only complaint is they have a lot of bread compared to filling inside the sandwich. Maybe just add a tad more inside and they would be perfect! Great prices too! Also great customer service. Will return.
