Lots of versions of a Cuban sandwich, the two I tried were good, large size served with crispy fries. Had a lunch special that looked interesting and more of a local flavor. Lots of fresh squeezed juice for a good price. Small indoor area and nice covered outdoor seating area.

The coffee is delicious and it is a true authentic Cuban breakfast! I absolutely love this place! The service was amazing and the waitress even went above and beyond to make sure I could get a lactose free Cuban coffee! Don’t miss it! 10 out of 10!

I live in Miami so it is literally a tradition to have a colada everyday.
We stayed in the keys and I thought I was doomed but then found this gem!
Got my cafecito and left with Rice and beans and chicken!
Highly recommend!

Came to this location while driving with the family and order food to go. Was told 15 min but took around 40min for one meal, an order of “chicharrón” and 2 empanadas to come out. The clients that came 5-10 min after our order was placed where eating at least 10-15 before our takeout was done. The the masistas de cerdo were really tasty great marinating, but the white rice was a little hard. The beef empanada was stemming hot and really good flavor. The chicken empanada lacked flavor and was mostly masa barely any chicken in it. The “chicharrón” (which didn’t look like the typical chicharrón) was expensive $9 for 6 pieces of chicharrón and it needed more seasoning. Overall this place was ok.

Real authentic cuban cooking and a charming outdoor seating area with cute boat decor. Try the black rice and beans, whoa. Major yummy flavor!! Look at those hams!! This place is legit, service is quick and very friendly and accommodating.

Unassuming on the outside but the food is incredible. Best bacon egg and cheese I’ve had since leaving New York. Cuban coffee was perfectly smooth and balanced. Lovely girl at the register is very welcoming. Don’t pass this place by.

Amazing food!!!! A++++ for food freshness and taste!
It’s a small place that we noticed from Route1 only because of their hand painted Fresh Lobster sign attached to a truck in their parking lot. The interior is very simple - a counter, maybe 5 tables, and a kitchen through the back door. Members of staff spoke native Spanish and simple English. We saw lots of locals coming to buy fresh lobsters. Our order was shrimp in tomato sauce and lobster in tomato sauce. It was SO GOOD we had to repeat the order!! Just one plate wasn’t enough. For dessert, we ordered a Cuban style coffee and their own homemade flan - I liked it.
Overall, if you are OK with unpretentious service, friendly staff people, coffee in a plastic cup, and long wait for food which is fresh and absolutely delicious - this place is good for you.

Hidden little gem! Got the Pork Sandwich, Cuban Sandwich, black beans and rice, and fried plantains. I would get the Cuban over the Pork as the pork was a little dry. The sandwiches come with fries but it’s like 5 fries per order. Fried plantains were awesome.
Had their Cuban coffee which was amazing! Sad I only went here once!

The staff is by far the best and the food is authentic and extremely delicious. I’m a avid coffee drinker and their cafe con leche is phenomenal. A must go to restaurant in the keys.

Really nice change of pace from the overpriced over cooked seafood I've been getting. The Cuban sandwich was filling and the pork was tender and juicy.
