Authentic Cuban Sandwiches! This is the real deal. This rivals any Cuban Sandwich you can get in Tampa(Home of The Cuban Sandwich). The service is excellent. The people here are real friendly. Jennifer was my server today. I highly recommend coming here.

We had a great lechon with all the trimmings for a very fair price in a comfortable restaurant.

The negatives were an A/C that was much too cold and a cook who was whistling loudly with no relation to the nice Latin music they were playing.

What can I say. One of the best "Cuban" Dominican restaurants I have ever eaten in. It is not a very big restaurant, but the food was superbe. I had Picadillo Empanadas. Onion soup rivaled that made in France.

Food and service is awesome! Highly recommend the Jessica Burger and the crispy pork tips! Julia is the best! I've never seen a server handle a crowd so well. Can't wait to come back!

Excellent midnight version of a Cubano sandwich, on the sweet roll. Really well toasted with the signature pickle. The tostanoes were well worth the one dollar upcharge as a bonus side. They were super crisp and tasty. My husband had the beef sandwich and enjoyed it with truly fresh toppings.

This is my favorite place to eat in lake city. Any time my fiancé and I can't decide on a place to eat, this is our goto place. While some things on the menu seem a little high, you get really large portions, so it makes it worth it. Every time ive gone there my glass never stayed empty, shoot it never even got empty. I would recommend trying this place if you get the chance.

Service and food were great!!!
The whistling from the kitchen hurt my head, but we were finished eating by the time it became overwhelming and able to go.

So stopped by this place on the way to Orlando and the food was good, just not as Cuban as I would have thought - more of a cuban/ameritalian fusion. It was a bit expensive - 3 drinks, appetizer, 2 lunch plates and a salad for 70. Service was excellent and the food good. I would go again but skip the drinks and appetizer - unless I just got the empanadas - which were amazing. The fruit salad was really good too, just not 13 dollar really good.

After reading the great reviews I just had to try. Had the French onion soup and Cuban sandwich with plantains recommend by another reviewer. Both were incredibly good and the Cuban was the most flavorful I've ever had. Non-chain restaurants with great food are hard to find now a days. This one I will return to often!
