Jessica's Bistro

This cozy little bistro has left the best impressions and has quickly become my top choice for local cuisine. With the most hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, beer and wine list, and don't forget wonderful desserts and cafe! There is something here for the whole family to enjoy. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. The service is unmatched, the staff truly cares about your experience, and the food is absolutely amazing.

This is a nice Cuban Resturant and the food is just great! Loved the whole ambiance which makes you feel warm and comfortable with great Christmas decor so the kids were amused to take a walk around the Resturant.

I had found a coupon on google maps but the attendant was unsure of how to honor it yet they were trying to accommodate my request but then I found the same on Yelp and they quickly got confirmation !

Must visit to try some new taste.

Was a great experience. The food was excellent and the staff friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend it to other travelers and people who live in the area. Right off the interstate and easy to get to with plenty of parking. Skip the chains and try this place out!

The service was fantastic. The pork was not marinated to heavy and the bread tasted good.
The decor was lovely. And the ambiance was on point I would definitely recommend stopping here for a meal. They even have a selfie wall for a cute picture.

Jessica’s Bistro is no short of incredible, authentic, and delicious Cuban cuisine. I was served by Jessica herself and her hardworking staff who were all so sweet and helpful. Even though they got really busy all at once, I didn’t see the staff not moving as fast as they could to crush the service they were giving all with a smile on their face and an incredible attitude. Every. Single. Worker.
I am from Tampa where I had authentic Cuban food often for most of my life and Jessica’s beat out even some of those restaurants! The menu is plentiful and anyone can find something they’ll fall in love with once they sit down. Even made-to-order guava cheese deserts and Cuban coffee! The Cuban was delicious and not dry at all, the food was piping hot, the rice and beans were to die for, and Jessica’s had the best plantains I’ve ever had in my life! It was all priced very fairly.
Jessica’s is not only a must stop for travelers, it is a Lake Park gem nestled right off the highway and cured my need for seasoned delicious food. I travelled an hour to get to Jessica’s and I’d do it all over again! I HIGHLY recommend Jessica’s, even if it’s just for coffee and a pastry.

We were quickly seated and greeted by friendly staff. Ordered the Cuban sandwich with steak fries and the chicken parmesan sandwich with seasoned fries. Our food came out with very little wait time. We were very pleased with the sandwiches and found them to be filling. Of the fries the seasoned were the best, they were nice and crispy whereas the steak fries could have been cooked longer as they were not soft in the inside or crispy on the outside. The fries in general reminded us of the fries available in the freezer section at Walmart. With the amazing taste of the sandwich and the friendly staff we are giving this place a rating of 4, however with so many other restaurants in the area we are glad we tried this one but probably will not be visiting on a regular basis unless we have a craving for Cuban food.

Listen, I normally love Jessica’s Bistro. They’ve always been nice and the food (in the past) has been delicious, but I have never been treated the way my group and I were treated last night by a restaurant. I was there with 2 other adults and 3 children (one was an infant). The place only had 2 other customers there. We finished our meal and paid, but were visiting with each other because I had just met one of the adults that night and we were getting to know each other. The only 2 other customers in the restaurant left and when they did we still had about 15 minutes before the restaurant closed - I know because I was keeping an eye on the time so we weren’t keeping the staff past open hours for guests (I hate when people do that) - and as we were talking the staff starting turning off the music AND THE LIGHTS, putting away signage and locking the doors!! It felt like the biggest “get the eff out of here” to us. We felt very unwelcome and like we were an inconvenience, even though we were in there within their posted open hours! Me and the other woman I was with were excited to show our out of town guest the good food that Jessica’s offered, but the food wasn’t even that good anymore and the staff’s passive aggressive treatment in the end ruined it. Quite honestly I won’t be back. It was absurd and embarrassing. I would have completely understood had we stayed past opening, but we weren’t. We shouldn’t have been pushed out early simply because the staff was tired of being at work.

Tasty extremely moist simmered pork. Friendly staff and clean. Chairs around the table were dated , but this the only knock on the place.

My husband's family hosted a surprise anniversary party at Jessica's Bistro this weekend. I must admit I was a bit skeptical wondering how authentically Cuban the food would be. Whoa, I was blown away by their food. I live in Hialeah, the capital of Cuban food. Well, Jessica's black beans & pork chunks have nothing to envy any restaurant in Miami. The food was amazing, the service was 5 stars. Thank you Jessica and sister Julie for all of your attention. We had a fantastic time!

If driving along I75 and looking for a tasty snack/meal that is unique and not fast food, this is the place. Excellent Cuban sandwich and black beans, very reasonably priced, wide variety menu, easy access from interstate. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We're definitely satisfied and happy we tried Jessica's Bistro.
