Positive: This hotel is beautiful and a very special and unique place to stay! Negative: Our stay at the Baltimore would have been perfect had it not been for the noise at night. The hotel hosted a party with noisy music until after midnight - impossible to sleep. It seems that a fine hotel should be able to guarantee a quiet night of sleep.

Having stayed at the Biltmore a few times before, it was my favourite hotel for a long time. However, it barely seems the same place. Yes the building is still beautiful and the pool is lovely but it is just not the same now. Service is not good, furnishings look tired, Brunch food was really bad, kept on hold calling spa for 10 minutes so eventually just gave up. Ordered room Service and told 45 minutes but still had not come in 85 minutes so cancelled it and jumped in the car instead. Pool chairs and towels very tatty, room fixtures broken and tired. I don't know what has happened, maybe new management or cutting costs to recoup covid losses but this is NOT a $400 a night level hotel anymore. I truly hope they can fix what has gone wrong because I wouldn't return again to experience a similar stay.
My only positive was the very friendly lady in the hotel shop who helped my husband pick out a cigar.

The Biltmore is not what it used to be. So sad as it was incredible and one that I used to tell my friends to visit, especially Sunday Brunch. Don't know it if they have new management but our 4 night stay has been appalling.
Staff have been very rude, as if they genuinely do not care about their guests. Sunday brunch used to be the stuff of legends. Food was awful (seafood platter made me sick), had to ask repeatedly for drinks to be filled up. No longer the full buffet - just the breakfast buffet and a choice of 2 main meals.
Waited 1.5 hours for room service to then give up. Couldn't get through to anyone at the spa and they don't fulfil call backs.
Hotel is beautiful but standards have dropped significantly. Won't be coming back here

Stayed two nights with my wife and the day of I get a call that her massage is being canceled due to an emergency with staffing and they made zero effort to try to accommodate her besides a “sorry”. They gave us two times to reschedule one was before we checked in and one was three hours after checkout… asked to speak with management was put on hold for 20 minutes. I ended up writing an email and asked what were to happen if I canceled 8 hours before my appointment and we know the answer is I would be charged $250 for the service.. After going back and forth with management they found an appointment time while we were staying there. Should have never been that hard.
We arrived to our standard superior room, no frills, smelled like bad perfume and right next to elevator went back downstairs and asked for another room they said there was no availability after pulling teeth they found us another room again should have not been that hard. And again next to elevator. Just so you know we booked a few weeks out and paid 450 a night this wasn’t a hotwire or last minute booking where they give you the worst room or a discount if you book within 3 days. We are also IPrefer members. Room walls are thin and you can hear everything in hallways and people are not trying to be loud. Grounds and hotel are beautiful and certainly worth walking around.
We ate at fontana the first night food was excellent. Had lunch at cascade Manny our server was excellent, knowledgeable about the dishes and very kind. Pool is very nice but there is not enough seating for the amount of guests. They did a last call for food and drinks at 3pm on valentine’s day due to a corporate event so from about 1 pm on people are setting up and it’s was far from relaxing. They made you move your lounge chairs to one area of the pool if you wanted to stay, absolutely mind blowing honestly. Overall pool service is sub par. Tried ordering breakfast from in room doing it was going to be an hour and a half. Overall service is not what you would expect for a place like this. Take a look at the negative reviews and the responses from management they do take responsibility for whatever the issue is but there is no action behind it just words. I personally will not come back there are plenty of other hotels in the Miami/South Beach area that you can stay at for the price and receive an overall better product. This hotel is great to come see the beauty and history of the hotel walk around for an hour have a bite to eat and leave.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service, the food quality and prices. $35 for a caviar platter? More like a sample platter! We ordered salt and pepper as well as melted butter and it took the waiters a really long time to come back. Whenever we wanted to order something no waiters seemed to be around or available. For a brunch at the “grand Biltmore” we thought we would have received better quality of service and meal but everything was sub-par, cold, and very small portions for the price they are requesting. The ambiance is beautiful, i really enjoyed the solo guitar in the patio but I wouldn’t come back for the food.

beautiful Palace like hotel. I came here to try the restaurant. I ended up taking beautiful photos of the Amazing Mercedes I had for the day. This hotel is definitely picture perfect. I cannot speak for the hotel as I did not stay in it, but I had a brief conversation with the staff and they were super friendly

Positive: This hotel is very old and beautiful - a great experience of "old Florida". That said, the room amenities were excellent and the a/c system in the room worked great. The children loved the large pool and the food in the on site restaurants was very good Negative: No complaints!

My husband and I stayed here this past week for our honeymoon, and it was amazing!! As soon as we arrived, the staff was very attentive to our needs and even treated us like family. Especially, Amaury- he was so informative and we just loved speaking with him every time we came to the hotel either after a day trip or just coming back from lunch. In addition, with every situation, the staff handled everything perfectly and professionally.
One of my favorite things were the fact they had a spa set up for any massage therapy you could think of, the food was great, along with the drinks. Pretty much everything was great. My husband and I told each other, we will be visiting this hotel again! Thank you guys so much for this beautiful experience!
