Clarifying again, the room move wasn't even offered until after over two days in my room and hours from my departure. Hollow customer service offering that may sound good in a review response, but ignores the fact that you knew at check-in, what I was heading into. Original Review: By far the worst luxury hotel experience. Rooms are $500+/night and all I've heard is air hammers and workers in the adjacent rooms screaming about how much they hate their job and other coworkers on their speakerphones all day. The front desk got snippy with me, when they offered to move my room at 7pm and after two days of this madness, and I'm checking out in a few hours. They knew when I checked in that my room wasn't liveable. It's past 7pm and the sawing and air hammers are non-stop. My email to Matthias Kammerer goes unanswered. Please don't stay here, there are so many nicer places in the Miami area with customer service as a priority.

So I booked with a wedding party but upon check in found out I wasn't on the same floor as the rest of wedding party. Matter of fact I wasn't even in the wing as the rest of wedding party, as I had to walk two dozen stairs to my room every time I wanted to return. On top of that my view out my window was literally trash dumpsters, absolutely vile. Then on the day of our parties wedding whilst showering g to prepare for the evening we didn't have hot water. We called the front desk to file our grievances to no avail. Won't be returning it was the biggest waste of money. If I had spent that type of money elsewhere I'd have been treated like royalty.

THIS HOTEL IS A EMBARRASSMENT OF AN ESTABLISHMENT.
Do not waste your money staying here.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and at all hours of the day and middle of the night there was extremely loud noise sounding like semi truck in the walls.
The second night at 12am i went down stairs because i said im not paying for another night, they convinced me they will move me to another room because they wanted me money. It was an absolute inconvenience moving to different room, but to make matters even worse, The ac in the new room didnt work.
I Went to complain and turns out 5 other guests were there already complaining, they said 25% discount. I asked to speak to the supervisor and they said she came in at 1pm, i came back at 1 and the supervisor wouldnt come out to speak to me.
Stood there for an hour and they refused to bring out a supervisor she was hiding in the back.

I wish i could post the videos i took of the noise.

DO NOT STAY AT THISE HOTEL

Food was delicious, you were able to sample all kinds of food bites, as well as they had drinks stations, music stage, and freebies

    Free, convenient parking too!

The hotel is majestic, service very good. Food so so. The carpeting in our room has seen better days. Overall, we loved being in the building.

I’m currently still here while writing this. For the price I spent a night the hotel should be way more in tip top shape.
The food was below quality, first day arrive by the pool was extremely slow and they messed up all of our orders, the pool is dirty, no live music by the pool. A lot of areas dirty, roof by pool is black and needs power wash.
Tried to pay a day pass to just use sauna/ steam room and they said no that I needed to pay for a service which was minimum 100+.
The hotel room has a weird old dusty odor.

All in all for the cost go else where or on a trip to Caribbean.
If you like old historic type of stays then come here.

We went for high tea. Nester, our waiter, was a gem & took exceptional care of us. And what can top sitting next to a harp while enjoying a cuppa?
