An iconic location with a lot of potential but very understaffed Make sure to be at the pool by 6-7 am in hopes of a place to sit but you still won’t be guaranteed a towel. Food is ok but incredibly overpriced for the value and the service (drink orders finally arrived after meal was finished and they were the wrong drinks) as are the rooms which may or may not offer a decent view. Housekeeping just ignored our room entirely and we had to work really hard to find someone who could locate fresh towels. The fact is that the hotel is incredibly understaffed (although the personnel who are there are very nice, trying hard and obviously overworked) and yet the prices reflect 5 star experience. Disappointing to say the least. Ripe for new ownership.

This place is breathtaking!!! From the outdoors to when you walk inside this beautiful enchanting place. It is pure elegance. I have officiated many weddings there and no matter the size of the wedding, small or larger event, they always look magical. My ceremonies there always work out flawlessly due to everyone’s cooperation there. Thank you Biltmore!

A true old school gem of a hotel, with the biggest pool at any Hotel in North America. Pictures just don't do the thing justice. You could run a jet ski in the thing if you really wanted to.
Pool side drink service is pricy, but about what you expect for Miami.
Rooms are the well appointed luxury you expect from a hotel like this, with a comfortable bed using nice sheets.
Sadly I almost had to knock a star off for their lack of accommodation for motorcycles. There is plenty of space to allow a bikes a spot near the Valet entrance, but they make you self park and walk. For a hotel of this service level, that's just not what you want to do.
Edit: Thanks for the reply!
Also, the hotel has cute little birds in the lobby that really add a nice touch to an already beautiful room.

My wife and I have stayed at a lot of high-end hotels the past 10 or so years as this happens to be something we enjoy more than anything. This year was extra special with it being my 40th bday. My wife decided on the Biltmore. And it did not disappoint. The service was a 10, the property is beautiful, and overall just an incredible place to stay. We have been to the Biltmore several times over the past decade or so. TAs usual the staff was great and the stay wonderful. The pool area is nice and big. We will be back at some point as this is one of our favorite spots.

Pool is great, but there were never enough lounge chairs for everyone unless you go and put your stuff down very early, first thing. Hotel is historic, grounds were beautiful. Pre and post COVID, this hotel I'm sure is great
For a Easter/holiday weekend, the hotel was not staffed accordingly. We were at least warned that service was to be slower then normal, but it was not ideal, and very, very slow

Unfortunately my wife and I did not have a great experience at The Biltmore Hotel. It was our wedding weekend and the room that my wife and I stayed in had a strong odor of mold and mildew. The front desk stated that, "the room had not been reserved in awhile and that was the cause of the smell". For reference, the room we reserved was the, "Terrace Suite". To be fair, the room was nice otherwise and the terrace provided a great view of the grounds. However, there is no excuse for guests to be placed in an unhealthy environment. They should regularly check their rooms that are not regularly reserved, to clean and evaluate for any issues. Unfortunately, as we see in most places these days, the hotel was also short staff. This resulted in slower service than usual, and emotional rather than professional responses from staff at times. In fairness I doubt this is the standard experience at the Biltmore, but nonetheless this was ours.

Over priced and in need of many repairs. The pool was dirty and the staff was not friendly. We had a 2 yo with us and the mini fridge which we where told we could use for his milk was broken and called down to the front desk many times and it never was attended to. I could go on and on. We stayed at the beginning of January. Hopefully changes are being made.

I loved our stay at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. The rooms were clean and our beds were very comfortable and dreamy 😴. Their personnel was attentive and very efficient, the best of the area. We took their bikes to visit the surroundings of the hotel - espectacular. The pool is huge and deep, that was a lot of fun. I would definitely only stay at the Biltmore hotel next time I’m in town.
