Incredible brunch, delicious options ranging from lobster and crab to porchetta, from paella to caviar…all fresh and well prepared with the beautiful classic architecture as background.

Absentee managment. Aircraft turbine like noise from AC in room never attended to despite complaint. Complaint never followed up. Request fir chromecast facility dismissed with staff saying it doesnt work when in fact it exists and functions on TV channel 49. Took some patience to figure out. Appearance of bathtub offputting. The pool is just about the only thing magnificent about this neglected grand old mady of a hotel.

The golf club membership process is completely unethical, and they have no remorse, shame, or understanding of one's unforeseen circumstances. They took $8k of my money as a "deposit" for the wait list. Remaining balance is $8k (I decided within my legal rights to ask for a refund within FL law of 72 hours) They ignored and declined my deposit. Still not returning my deposit. Claim they have such an abundance of applicants that there is a wait list. New members signing up everyday. No loss to them then if they return my deposit.

Won't be sending any clients, and athletes, or my pro golfers here. Disgusting and unethical an absolute disgrace to their name. GM, Matthias Kammerer refused to speak or make an exception. I am going through a major family crisis. They still chose not to lean on the ethical side. Not accounting for anyone's unforeseen circumstance, and they are simply taking deposits and not returning them. So they don't lose anything at all, but just take the deposit money to never return it. So the applicant gets nothing in return. I have reality TV show airing, which will be broadcast to millions about some top places in Miami and "The Biltmore" and this awful treatment will be mentioned.

My daughter got us an afternoon tea reservation. It is a wonderful way to spend quality time with your family, experience it.

We attended a wedding at this beautiful hotel. The hotel was amazing it was old but historic. So much history at this hotel which was very cool. Everything there made you feel like you were experiencing a event from the 20's. As for attention the wedding it was also a great experience, as a groomsmen we had are own room to get ready in and they were very attentive to our needs. The food was great and the room we had was amazing and historic and you could walk right outside to a huge I mean massive lighted pool. This hotel is a most visit, next time I will have to get a room.

Great service beautiful, suite. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a wonderful sitting area and a beautiful view of the pool and grounds. The staff was very kind and hospitable. The only negative remark is that the pillows were flat and hard. I called room service and in less than five minutes they provided lovely feather pillows 😊

The property was amazing and the pool was awesome! Largest hotel pool in the continental US I believe! Overall it was an amazing experience, the staff and everyone were very friendly and professional and the room was great and the beds were so comfy. If you like a lot of pillows in your bed, this was perfect. This is definitely a must stay kind of place, the history of the place is cool to read about and it’s just incredibly gorgeous! It is a bit pricey especially for a weekend stay for your average person so this could be considered a treat yourself place when you want to feel a bit fancy. Room was amazing, we could bring a dog (pet deposit fee is $500 though) and overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again! If you want to do brunch there, that is a bit pricey, at $120, and you also must get reservations early, it does fill up.

Dinner at Fontana was horrible. Inept staff plus a charge of 24% gratuity with an additional restaurant tax is downright criminal. Would not recommend the dining as it has definitely gone down hill for what used to be “an upscale restaurant”. Save your money. Many other restaurants that can school The Biltmore on what is quality and service.
