Historical, traditionally styled luxury hotel. Great history and beautiful buildings and grounds. However, room had issues. Found previous guests underwear in closet. Phone didn't work. No hot water for 12 hours. Tons of staff but many seemed disengaged. Slow service in restaurants.
I don't golf but facilities look amazing. Attended with a conference but likely would not return on own with family. Seemed a bit stuffy, huge pool but many seniors in pool discouraged kids from having fun. All cabanas were empty, so telling sign.

Positive: The pool impressive ,the staff was super nice and friendly. I felt like a king in the hotel the food was superb. Everything was so good I just wish I could stay for a week Negative: The air conditioner kept turning of and on and I felt a little warm in the middle of the night I set my ac at home. On 63 degrees. I get hot flashes some times in the night and it helps me rest. But other than that everything was great

Rich history!! We didn’t actually status hotel, we just drove by and went inside! We took ourselves on a little tour of the grounds and it was absolutely exquisite! The hotel is beautiful and grand and towards the back of The hotel is an open outdoor deck where I’m sure they host grand and marvelous parties and events. And while standing on that back deck you can look out over the golf course as well as over the pool. The colors of this hotel and the beautiful plants that grow around it just make it such a picture perfect moment! I definitely plan to go back and stay at those hotel just to experience at all! The price per night seems to be very reasonable from what I saw online.

The Biltmore is simply a classy, relaxing, culturally interesting experience. The grounds are beautiful, and the staff and service was terrific.

The hotel is substandard.
Starting with how they charge their customers.
They give you a rate that is not the actual rate. The rate is based on the OCCUPANCY.
What client is going to know the exact occupancy of the hotel?
Are we suppose to check on a daily basis to see what the occupancy is for the basis of payment?
My rate was 341.81 per night. I had to prepay this prior to my visit.
I was to stay for three nights.
The following nights I had to pay 398.31 and then 420.91.
It was explained to me that because the occupancy was high the charges went up.
The occupancy was not high in that it was the low season in Miami with heat and humidity.
My final bill came to over 1300.00 after the downpayment of 341.81.
This hotel takes your credit card upon check in and charges what they want.
This will be the last time I stay there.
Let me say that it is not simply about the money but the dishonest nature of the charges and how the hotel hides this from their clients.

While the grounds are beautiful and the history this hotel holds is amazing — it is LONG OVERDUE for a facelift. This can be done while keeping the history! The paint is peeling on the outside; there is visible mold stains outside the building. The rooms carpet is so old and outdated. The ironing board was completely broken in my room. The paint on the bathtub/shower was peeling. They really need up update the bathtub/shower situation. I couldn’t see out of my room windows because they were filthy! It was just really quite disappointing. The staff was lovely though and very accommodating. I won’t be back unfortunately unless some majors updates happen.

Very classy lodging option! Very pleased with the dining and menu varieties.

Really nice hotel. Location was quiet and really pretty. They have a golf course and a very large swimming pool that had a lot of lounge chairs. The rooms were comfortable. The only problem was that we had to ask for a kettle, plates, knifes and forks, etc.. It is also 8 minutes away from the university of Miami. In sum, great place.

The Miami Biltmore Hotel (commonly called The Biltmore Hotel or The Biltmore) is a luxury hotel in Coral Gables, Florida. The hotel was designed by Schultze and Weaver and was built in 1926 by John McEntee Bowman and George Merrick as part of the Biltmore hotel chain. The tower is inspired by the Giralda, the medieval tower of the cathedral of Seville.

The people where friendly. I did not stay at the hotel. I am giving a 3 star review because the golf course was just average. There was no wow effect here for the price charged. I would not play again. Too many better golf courses in South Florida.
