I had a latte. Taste was amazing 😋

I stopped in on opening day and I was just blown away. The coffee and food are only rivaled by the beautiful space. (I had the cold brew and empanadas)

This place is a gem! It has a great interior to hang out and relax/get work done. The staff is always really friendly and attentive. I love getting a drip coffee here to start my morning and sometimes an empanada ;)

A cute little coffee shop in the neighborhood. This is place does have all the wild flavors and such. It is simply a home for true coffee drinkers. I had a latte, very strong And beautiful brew.

La coop is one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been to! It’s cute, has a great vibe & great coffee! The owner is also really kind!

I love La Coop. The staff is always friendly and the food is always delicious, and Juan Luis & Stephanie treat everyone like family. And don’t get me started on the coffee. Whether I have it there or brew it at home, it’s consistently the best coffee I’ve ever had, anywhere. So happy to have La Coop in the neighborhood.

So happy that Juan was able to open this shop during a pandemic. What a welcome addition to the neighborhood! The coffee is FANTASTIC and all of the employees are helpful and friendly. The inside of the shop is beautiful and there is lots of seating outside. This coffee is so good and I am happy that they sell their beans so that I can enjoy La Coop at home too.

Love this place, such an amazing addition to the neighborhood. I drink the light roast every morning and stop by for horchata lattes frequently. My litmus test for good coffee is that it should taste good black, and theirs is smooth, light, and floral with absolutely no bitterness. Friendly baristas and lots of space to sit, both indoors and out.

I met Juan & Stephanie at their pop up at Cheesemonster. I immediately connected with them and their coffee and here’s why : from the moment the coffee bean is planted all the way to your hot drink, Juan and his family are in charge of the whole process. The high quality is undeniable!! The new spot at 1st and Kennedy NW is fabulous, a lot of outdoor space to social distance and the interior is furnished with style. I go there mostly everyday and sometimes twice. The pastries and other food options are delicious as well. I really can’t find anything negative to say. Great coffee, solid food options, comfortable seating and last but not least the Staff is very friendly.
