Windsor Lake Coffee

This is the best coffee shop in town! They have incredible drinks and an amazing staff. The place has a very cozy vibe and offers plenty of well-organized trinkets that are for sale. It’s a great place to stop by after spending the day at the lake :)

Stopped here a few weeks back when checking out downtown.
The staff was friendly and made a couple of recommendations.
Some of tables needed a wipe down even though marked clean.
We ordered a few drinks (cookies and cream smoothie, peanut butter frappe, and a salted caramel frappe) which were good but nothing out of the ordinary. The baked goods were alright, daughter has a strawberry cake pop which was moist and a good size.
They have a sizable menu so we'll try something different next time.
They have retail items which is an array of local artist items (art, jewelry, and similar).

Adore this place. Great prices, delicious selection, and wonderful service. Perfect spot for us to eet family from Windsor and Ft Collins as it is not too far from Longmont, when we want a place in the middle. Fun gifts too!

This is such a cute coffee shop! They have food and icecream and a little gift shop. The coffee was so amazing! Visiting this coffee shop is a must!

I went here yesterday because I was feeling really down and needed a nice cup of coffee to cheer up my day. Thankfully, the coffee wasn’t the thing that cheered me up. It was the kindest, and greatest worker ever. Her name was Kiley and not only did she bring me a delicious cup of coffee, she cheered me up and turned my day around. I left the coffee shop with a smile on my face from how kind she was. Kiley is the greatest worker ever and she really values not only customer service, but actually caring about people. The reason I give Windsor Lake Coffee 5 stars is thanks to Kiley’s exceptional work.

I've never actually gone inside because my son and I usually just stop on our way to the boardwalk park and they have the cutest little walk up window outside that you can order from. That being said, the service has always been wonderful and everything we've ever gotten there has been delightful. I'm all about the coffee, scones and pretzel bites and Tryst favors their icecream. Definitely one of our favorite places to stop.

I have tried so hard to like this place, especially being a local small business, but their customer service is just so bad. The past 3 visits, I have ordered at the window- either a scoop of ice cream or a coffee, and each time I have been waiting over 20 minutes. One time, when I asked about my coffee, they realized they forgot to make it. They at least made it right away, but they added sooo much syrup, you couldn’t taste if any espresso had gone in. It was disgusting and undrinkable. Elsewhere I would have asked it to be remade, but I didn’t fancy waiting another 20+ minutes. The other 2 times, I asked where the 1 scoop of ice creams were, and their response went something like ‘oh yeah’ and being handed a half melted cup of ice cream that had clearly been sat there a while. I’m honestly surprised this business is still running if this is their level of service

A super cool must visit place with friends or family in Windsor. Adjacent to the Boardwalk park and Windsor Lake + situated on a busy corner on Main St. Super friendly staff, inviting atmosphere and incredible menu selection!
