Windsor Lake Coffee

I'm second visit was great! I had the ham and swiss quiche and hot tea. I love the atmosphere and the food was delicious. I think I will become a regular. The staff will learn my name "Veronica"

Awesome, small, quite coffee shop that offers artistian coffees and food selections. Young entrepreneur has created a thought provoking space which surrounds you with the work of emerging local artists and photographers. The baked goods are scrumptious and the coffee selections range from creative variations to classic high quality brews. The shop has a comfortable, local feel that makes it a great addition to Windsor downtown area. It's a must visit stop if you are in the area .

The only reason I rank a 4 star, because they didn't have all the ice cream flavors available. Service with a smile, politeness, and friendly staff.

Windsor Lake Coffee is one of the best establishments in Windsor. The food is handcrafted and excellent. They put a lot of thought into their menu, baked goods and incredible variety of drinks. The ice cream is equally impressive. We really needed a warm and hip place to cater to all of our residents. The staff go above and beyond to serve and engage with all of the patrons. I have spent a great deal of time at Windsor Lake Coffee working through my first semester of Graduate School. I would like to personally respond to Linda Hook and the one star review she provided. Windsor Lake has a walk up counter to order. Many patrons come in, seat themselves and visit with each other before ordering. I can only assume that the staff thought this was the case. I have never seen any patron ignored. I have seen families and friends gathering for up to an hour before ordering. The staff are considerate of that time to visit. It is clearly a walk up counter as was mentioned. The review mentioned other patrons being served at the counter. It’s very disappointing that such a great, local and small business earned a one star review and I would urge anyone who would be discouraged by that to walk into Windsor Lake Coffee, enjoy a spicy chai and a fresh made scone. Bring your family for ice cream and sit at the soda shop counter and indulge in the best ice cream with a plethora of toppings that are such a hit with my children. This place is hands-down our favorite coffee shop, lunch and breakfast spot in town and the ice cream is AMAZING. My 2 year old literally just starts screaming scones when we pull up because even he is obsessed.

This coffee shop is in the building that has been drug store, soda fountain, ice cream parlor and coffee shops. I love the atmosphere and history of the place and the food was good too. As a side bonus in a town this small you almost always bump into someone you know.

Terrible experience yesterday trying this place with 3 lady friends and we all agreed we will never go back. Over priced and the salad the birthday gal got was not even edible, but our biggest disappointment came with the customer service. It was non existent and they truly could have cared less to have any customers in their place and we were the only table the entire lunch hour. Posting here because no one ever bothered to ask us yesterday, how is everything."

Wonderful experience. Their ham and brie sandwich is so so good. Their salads are aldo very good. I loved the coconut macaroon too.

A charming lunch-spot with an authentic soda fountain and a case of fresh-baked goodies. They have their COVID game down and the servers are truly cheerful and helpful. There is also some local art and jewelry on display and for sale: what's not to like?

Great customer service amazing ice cream. Good place to take your kids on a hot day.
