Very very slow at times, but always great coffee and service

Edit: I love this shop but had to change my review from 5 stars to 3 due to the absurd wait times that happen here now. With only 3-4 cars in front of me, it is now regularly a 30 minute wait. A week ago, on a fairly standard day, I waited 40 minutes. It's just too much and makes me dread pulling up. I'd understand if there were cars backed up out of the parking lot, but I'm not exaggerating when I say it's only 3-4 cars in front of me for a half hour wait. I'm not sure why this is and hope they figure out a solution.

Great coffee and friendly staff. They are often seen running around trying to reduce people's wait times in line.

Stopped here for coffee today and was impressed with the service. The line was long, but one of the baristas stepped outside into the cold to take my order before I got to the window to try to speed up the process. The coffee tasted excellent and the chocolate covered coffee bean is a wonderful bonus.

We ordered a coffee box, and it was a great experience. Some technological glitch happened and it turned out that our order did not reach the store, but the team did an amazing job getting everything together for us last-minute. For a great price, we got everything we needed to serve coffee for a brunch we hosted. Super easy!
We’ll specifically give a shout-out to Abby in Windsor for serving us so well on a crazy Saturday morning. We were impressed and will definitely recommend the coffee box to anyone who needs coffee for a group.
