Please teach your baristas how to steam milk or what a latte is actually supposed consist of. Milk has absolutely no texture to it at all and the espresso is off too.

Had a great experience. Friendly baristas! Jada was so kind and took time to be sure that all of our drinks were to our liking. We had several drinks and it was worth the short wait to get all of them how we like. I personally love their Matcha tea drinks!

Love the coffee, service is fast”ish” even when lines are longer. Not McDonalds fast but they move everyone along well. I love the taste of the coffee and all of the sugar free options. So much better than Starbucks. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful too!

I go to Human Bean lot. And today the girl that help me, mess up on my order.. and didn't give us beans too.

Love their drinks and what they do for their community and how they treat their staff. Just wish their prices would come down a bit. They're higher than their competitors now but didn't use to be.

Good service highly recommend. They add a chocolate covered coffee bean to add just a little bit more magic in the order. The coffee is so smooth and rich. I haven't found a better coffee place

This morning I stopped by and got the drink of the day- Peanut Butter Cookie. It was delicious and they were accommodating with my half syrup request. Their coffee itself is really good and I have gotten their matcha drinks, (hot and iced) and they are also really good. The service is always great and I never have to worry about a cranky barista.

They are always awesome there! I always get a large frozen granita with Carmel .☕

This place is fantastic. We have recently moved to Severance and this is one of the closest coffee places to our new home and the staff couldn't be nicer. They're quick, polite, the drinks are great, the price is very reasonable, and the espresso beans are awesome. One time when they took a long time, they gave us extra punches and when we gave a confusing order, they even gave us a free sandwich, even when it wasn't really their fault. We visit at least once or twice a week, my wife and I love it.
