The Human Bean

We walked Windsor lake today, it was so hot but our treat was to go get a iced coffee after at the Human Bean because they have so many delicious choices! We pull in and parked because we wanted to sit there and enjoy our coffees! But we get to the walk up window and are told because we “parked” and didn’t walk or bike up to the coffee shop we wouldn’t be served!! We jumped back in our car and headed to Starbucks and sat on there patio!! This made us so mad. You lost not only our business but with my big mouth my circle of friends too. Poor customer service

Really great coffee and very helpful staff and friendly

I dropped by this Human Bean 2/11 to use my birthday credit for a free drink. Unfortunately the WiFi was down, and I couldn't use the app to pay for it. The ladies there were super nice and ended up giving me the drink for free. I love this human Bean! They are always so nice, the products are great and I will continue to go there even though the WiFi doesn't want to cooperate 😉 keep up the great customer service!

I just received best customer service here. I asked the girl to make me something similar to Starbucks “Medicine Ball” She didn’t know what it was but I gave her the ingredients and she was so kind to make it for me, she even offered to let me try it before I paid to see if I liked it! I wish I got her name but if you are seeing this just now you turned my whole day around! :)

We love coming here. The coffee is great. Staff friendly. And my pup seriously freaks out until he gets a treat. This will always be my coffee go to spot. Thanks for always having a great atmosphere

It's alright. The staff is always super friendly. I work late so sometimes the weird 7pm close time gets me.

This place is the most consistent establishment I have ever encountered. They are always nice and fast. My red bull smoothies are always of high quality. They are always going above and beyond with a smile no matter how busy or time of day! Never had an issue and have zero complaints. Thank you ladies for always making my day better!

The Human Bean Experience is the best! It is my go to everytime. I haven't had a bad coffee choice yet. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The most amazing coffee shop ever! Every staff member that I have come into contact with has always had a smile on their face and makes the coffee experience that much more memorable! After only a couple of visits they would remember my name and know that I have a Tuscan Sunset with extra whip cream. 😉 I would 100% recommend this place and will continually visit here. The Windsor Human Bean girls are absolutely outstanding!! Make sure to visit them often as I will!
