Windsor Lake Coffee has superb baked goods made from scratch! I had a delicious carrot cake muffin with cream cheese frosting. A perfect combination of sweet flavors. With the excellent latte, this is a great combination.
Love the vibe and fabulous service. I highly recommend this family run business serving our community. 👍💜

The coffee was good, and I was really excited to try this place but was let down by the BLT. It only had 2 small slices of bacon on it. The bread was good, and my husband's club looked more appetizing than mine, though he wasn't impressed. It wasn't busy when we were there but for some reason it took over 30min to get our sandwiches and another 20 for our ice cream which seemed odd since it's just scooping it into a cone. Great location and I love that they have a little outdoor ordering window too for sitting outside!

Not super impressed. My family was behind a set of women ordering and the girl taking orders clearly saw us. She shut the window, which we thought would only be for a moment, however, we waited at the window for 8 minutes before ringing the bell for service. We were also severely overcharged for our items, it specifically states that lunch items come with a side. We also asked for two cups of water, which was never provided.
The grilled cheese only came with cheddar cheese on it and it was supposed to have Havarti and tomatoes according to the item description. The Windsor melt was ok for having jarred artichoke and peppers. The beet salad is solely sliced beets with feta cheese on top. I love beets to the point that I eat them for meals. These were so disgusting and not fresh, not edible.
The ice cream was ok. The cookie dough pretty good, the salted Oreo is SALTY.
This was our first time trying this venue, as it's been praised by many community members. Room for improvement for sure!

The environment was great and the workers were all super nice especially this one employee named Kiley. She was extremely helpful and got me my drink in a quick manner. It was very delicious. She was very polite and nice the entire time and never gave me any dirty looks. Overall great place and I am very impressed by the hiring process. 10/10 would recommend.

Great coffee, treats, ice cream, other drinks, light bites, and local handmade items for sale. Has an old soda bar feel on one side and a chic coffee house on the other! There's outdoor seating on both sides!
Would definitely recommend if passing through or stopping by the park down the street!

I support local businesses. My husband and I both work in customer service - he in retail and myself in healthcare. I try to be really patient with places I go because of the challenges businesses are facing. Today I waited patiently 20 minutes for a bagel before asking where my bagel might be. The staff member said she must’ve let it slip and apologized which I appreciate. As this staff member was apologizing, another staff member, I imagine a leader or manager walked by complaining that her business doesn’t get the support it needs and was very rude to me. I am big on accountability and treating people right. This staff member was very rude, made me feel like it was my fault or my issue when in fact I was very patient waiting 20 minutes for a bagel. I also tipped 20%, which I always do regardless of service. Accountability and being kind to customers goes a long way and is something to keep in mind when wanting to have return customers. Unfortunately that’s not the experience I received today. A simple I’m sorry we appreciate your patience and business would have made a HUGE difference.
This experience will keep me from returning.
If a mistake is made that’s fine, but owning that and doing right by your customers is the way to handle it. And this business did not do that.

I’m so disappointed in this coffee shop. I loved the previous owner & what she was doing here with helping teens. Sadly she had to sell. Anyhow, The staff need training!!! These young people need to learn how to properly serve. Some of them are nice, others are not. They need to dress appropriately. Wearing a halter top, showing skin, is not appropriate. It is sad to see our culture changing & so many Adults not teaching young people work ethics. Tip jar? What are we tipping for? We order food or coffee, ice cream etc. isn’t it their job to get us what we order? Now we have to tip to ORDER. (Unfortunately, This is at most places today). This coffee shop is so cozy & could be amazing with proper staff training! My husband & I managed a coffee house years ago out of state. Training was the key for our young staff. I would love to see changes because I love the location & the cozy atmosphere, food, ice cream & coffee.

I was recently in town visiting and this cafe was awesome. The people working were very nice, greeted me right away and I had a great latte. Came back a second time for lunch and dessert, the Hot Chocolate Cake was too good. I will stop by the next time I'm in Windsor.
