Very good service and food. I guess you'd have to say it's a good value for Walden. The building and decor is neat.

Great ambiance, great service, and the green chili burger with sweet potato fries was out of this world! Perfectly cooked and flavorful!

All I wanted today was a nice, quiet meal and I got just that. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, the staff was friendly without being overbearing, and the environment was very comfortable. If you find yourself in Walden and you want a good place to go for a good meal, I strongly recommend River Rock.

The best biscuits I've ever had, we got 6 to go. The breakfast was just as good. The place has a charm that hugs ya!!

May 12, 2022 .. STILL service quality is horrible. We still visit here often (it's the only decent place in town). Food is reasonably good, atmosphere nice, but 9 recent orders, 9 different visits, while we were visiting the area, NOT ONE ORDER WAS CORRECT!!! Missing parts of the order everytime, and portions have also been reduced significantly

Stopped by on our way camping, we were pleasantly surprised. Once they the door it looked nice, staff was on the ball with orders and refills. Our streak was perfectly cooked, tender and seasoned. The price seemed to be a little high, but it is out in the middle of nowhere. We would come back on our next trip.

My husband and I went on Monday, labor day, at noon and was served fairly quickly. I noticed the staff were working fast and efficiently to cover all their customers needs. Our drinks were served right away and the food was most excellent. For being restricted on table space and employees they definitely rocked it!

Met my brother half way in Walden to grab my skis from him, decided to have lunch here. Really cool and quiet atmosphere inside. Service was great, food came out really quick. I had the 1/3 Walden Burger which was amazing along with the fries. Definitely would recommend if you are in Walden!

We travel to Walden the first weekend of October every year for Pronghorn season. We love this town! We make sure we eat at The River Rock Cafe when we visit. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. We also love the rustic atmosphere. We highly recommend The River Rock Cafe when you visit Walden.

This was an amazing find!! Our waitress was amazing and fun!! This was the best burger I have ever had!! From the first bite I knew it was delicious!! Highly recommend it!!
