Great coffee shop. Wonderful indoor and outdoor space. Great selection of baked goods/pastries. The coffee was great. Tried the cortado, espresso shot, latte, etc. All the drinks were great except for the Carmel latte. That was to sweet for our liking.

This is the most welcoming coffee shop I have ever stepped foot in. The smell of fresh baked goods made daily by the owner and her employees greet you at the door. The baristas are friendly and will know you by name if you frequent the shop. The music and carefully selected decor creates an ambiance and experience that cannot be met by any other coffee shop nearby. Beard & Braid is a place for everybody, from coffee enthusiasts to those just looking for a hot chocolate on a cold winter day. If you have a moment, I highly recommend you stop by and see for yourself.

Nice coffee shop with lots of space inside and some outdoor seating too. The coffee was great and their coffee cake is delicious! Their shop was very clean and put together which I always appreciate.

The coffee sloth lives here, can you find him? The mark of the chef is the test of the omelet. The mark of the modern coffee shop is straight black coffee, and this is wonderful. Great service, and very well done interior. I’ll be coming back!

Love this shop! It has been such an amazing addition to the Steamboat community. Such a welcoming space to get some work done or just chat with friends. The quality of the coffee, the house made pastries, the aesthetic of the shop, and the customer service all contribute to why this shop is loved so much by locals!

Right when you walk in you're hit with an amazing smell of fresh bread. The woman behind the counter was great at recommending specialty lattes (they all sound amazing). I got the cinnamon toast crunch and it's amazing. Highly recommend this place!

Delicious lattes with homemade syrups! Service was fast and friendly. Beautiful, warm, inviting environment, lots of natural light in the coffee shop with big windows. This was my favorite coffee shop out of the several I tried in Steamboat Springs.

Came into Beard & Braid for my first time yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The baristas were friendly and knowledgeable, and welcomed me with an overview of their menu and coffee options. Their cappuccino was fantastic, as were their pastries. Their almond croissant was my favorite. Looking forward to returning! Great atmosphere too - a major improvement from the establishment that occupied the space previously. Very happy to have a new go-to coffee and pastry spot downtown!
