We went to The Fort to celebrate our 50th anniversary with another couple, also celebrating their 50th anniversary! From the moment we walked in we were treated with about the best service ever. The food was excellent, the ambiance exceptional, and our server, Tyler and his assistant (I am sorry I don't remember her name) were awesome. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Not my cup of tea, and that's ok. It's a steakhouse that has a limited steak menu. It was a 3hour dinner, and we probably were expecting 2 hours at most. There was too much time between courses, and we were just waiting 30-40 minutes between them. The food was delicious, but because of the length of time between courses, we were completely full by the time our entress came out.

Disappointed.
My short ribs were cold and had to send back. Filet mignon was not seasoned and potatoes were very oily.
Food quality did not reflect prices they charge. Paid full price ($12-13) plus an extra dollar for one of my margaritas even though they claim to have a drink special
Monday-Wednesdays through December with 50% discounts on selected wines, and $5 margaritas!"

Went to celebrate Christmas and promotion of my fiancé as a family. The atmosphere and quality was absolutely the best. All the waitresses and staff where friendly, I love the native american music that was played, and the people that came around to make dinner an experience with historical facts and music. It was our first visit and we want to make it our Christmas experience next year as well! The Christmas eve only meal was such a treat, my personal favorite was the elk medalion, the creme brule was perfect, and all the meat and sides were uniquely and deliciously seasoned. Prickly pear is a personal favorite of mine and the cocktail did not disappoint. The small circular room with the little fireplace was so cozy and relaxing I didn't notice the time flying by. I hope everyone there tonight has an amazing holiday weekend, thank you for being open and making this 2023 holiday season special. ❤💚❤💚

This is the place for meat!! Good ole western atmosphere and good service. Very pleasant dining without the loud music so you can actually talk to your fellow diners. We really enjoyed it- but skip the jalapeno peppers with peanut butter

My wife and I enjoy this place. We had our anniversary here and our server Ruth and her helper were fantastic. The food was cooked incredibly. The Crispy Lamb Ribs are out of this world.

This place is definitely worth a 10 Star rating ! I had a server with dark black hair he was a male ! He had the friendliest smile ever! I wish I remembered his name ! He was so sweet to me and my fiancé ! He split the full rack of ribs up for us and provided us with many appetizers to try out ! He also suggested different drinks for us that we wanted to try ! He had the best service I ever encountered in Denver while visiting . We had so much fun ! He also had us take a photo with the silly bison leather hats . It was the best experience we had . I just know this gentle man was the nicest young man in the restaurant! I wish I knew his name he served on January 6th around 6pm . He also suggested places to visit . Another good man was the native Indian with the braided ponytail he made my fiancé so happy it made him cry! He had the best words of advice there was ! He deserves so much more . Loved this place

We love the Fort and try to go once or twice a year for dinner. Usually restaurant week. This is because a meal for 2 without alcohol will run you about 100.00 bucks. However the food and location are well worth it at the Fort. This time we tried the fort on the patio BBQ. WOW quite DIFFERENT from their fine dinning experience and juat as fabulous. The prices of the food items are very reasonable, plus you get the fabulous views from their patio. Ok you will get BBQ fare. Sandwichs simple salads and others. In other words you bang for buck. With either experience ,fine dining or Patio bbq, it is well worth the price snd drive.

We’ve been here three times. 2/3 we experienced poor service. The first bad experience (something happened and our food order didn’t get to the kitchen) we were given complementary dessert and 60$ in Fort Bucks without asking. We came back to use the Fort Buck and we were only allowed to use 20$ of the 60$ at once (they expire in March). We waited 40 minutes to get our check. My short rib came out very small and they gave me another full short rib after we were finished with our meal. The servers are very polite but there’s almost always something wrong- we’ve just decided it’s not worth the money we’re paying to eat here.
