Ordered a vanilla latte with an extra shot, I was told rudely, we don't do shots we do grams. I explained just make it strong, and was charged extra. Received my drink, and if you like drinking straight sugar, you're fine. Was way too sweet, couldn't even taste the espresso.

It's a mixed experience. The good - good coffee, great baked goods. The bad - it's a bit noisy and cramped and drip coffee is 8oz only if you want it 'for here'. No way to add cream to that without ending up with a tiny cold coffee. Closed on Sunday.

A great coffee place in a nice location. Really tasty pastries especially the scones with their minty whipped cream thing. The outdoor seating is comfy on a nice day.

If you aren't stilled by the warm atmosphere at Bindle, you might be taken in by the smell of fresh, in-store baked pastries or the coffee roasted weekly behind the counter. There is plenty of natural light if you need a place to sit and read a book or to help wake you up in the morning. Seating is spacious and the smaller size of the shop means it stays pretty quiet. There is nothing I don't love about this place.

Bindle Coffee is the best! Great coffee. Great customer service. Great atmosphere. I appreciate their attention to detail in sourcing traceable and ethical coffees, as well as their weekly cuppings. Doesn't get better than this. Thanks for doing what you do, Bindle!

Their coffee is great and every food item I've tried has been delicious. It's a cozy place to relax inside or out and the staff is friendly. It's also good for a quick stop in the morning on the way to work.

Have you ever thought, "What if Walnut Grove had an espresso cafe?" Well, it this would probably be it. I love this place. It's a local treasure. If you're going through town or just passing Fort Collins on I-25, do yourself a favor and drop in.
Would that the whole complex were 10 times the size it is now; it would be my favorite place for a night out.

Coffee was excellent. I have to do decaf and it's pretty hard to find really good decaf. Bindle had wonderful decaf!! Thank you! Also, I didn't see the sign for sandwiches, so I just got a biscuit. We sat out by the fire ring because it was crowded inside. I was with 4 other women. I was complaining about finding nothing with protein inside when a woman on the other side of the fire ring stood up and said she worked at Bindle's and was on her coffee break. She told me about the sandwiches and said she could take my biscuit back in and make it into a sandwich. And, by golly, she did. It was a fabulous ham and egg sandwich. And, when I tried to give her more money for it, she told me the owner said it was on him!!! Oh yes, I'll be back to this exceptional coffee house! Thank you, Bindle!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗

There are a ton of excellent coffee shops in the city that aren’t run by bloodless, anti-choice theocrats. Only go here to upper deck the toilets.

Stood in line for over 10 minutes just to order with only 2 people ahead of me. Then I spent another 5 waiting to pay because the guy was doing a drip pour and had to finish. They were also out of burritos (my main reason for going) yet their sign didn't say they were out like it did for some other things. They also have the skinniest straws ever. Not impressed.
