While not a coffee drinker myself, I really enjoyed the super smoothie and a pastry! The lines were a bit long, but the staff was quick and friendly. My only recommendation would be to have the food menu in a more accessible location for when the lines are long because it is unreadable for those in line waiting until you are at the counter (where the menu is on a small clipboard-type display).

We tried a cappuccino, a cookie and a cold brew "mint julep". The atmosphere is repurposed, in keeping with the larger setting, Jessup Farm Artisan Village, an historic farm property with an interesting second life. Bindle Coffee serves their own roast and bakes the treats. There were no disappointments here. We've been back many times and the service and food are consistently excellent. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

The only coffee stop worth stopping for in Fort Collins. They do the real deal. Roasted in house, to perfection. Nice hipster vibe in store, classy espresso shop feel. Baristas know their stuff so can explain the notes and processes involved with each bean.

A great coffee shop, but more than that, their tea is phenomenal. They have high quality loose leaf teas and steep them in an open infuser allowing for full bodied teas without the bitter tannin. The matcha is ceremonial grade, and the taste backs that claim.
As for coffee, they use a full manual espresso machine, unlike the automatic machines used elsewhere. I love the large coffee chains, but Bindle offers something different, and it's truly spectacular.

Fantastic coffee, really cool space. Not overdone but tasteful, check it out for sure.

Definitely my favorite coffee shop in Fort Collins. They really set themselves apart with coffee quality and atmosphere.
They have killer food as well, FoCo is lucky to have these guys!
Saturday morning crew you rock!

There isn't a better place in Fort Collins. I may be biased because of knowing Andrew for 15 years, but I haven't ever had a better mocha anywhere in this town. Their house-made almond/cashew milk is the perfect consistency, their espresso shots are beyond perfect, and the mocha is the perfect sweetness. Aside from that, everything else I've ever eaten or drank has always been to-the-moon-and-back amazing. In addition, the atmosphere is so cozy! This is the home run that Fort Collins has really needed for coffee shops.

Good coffee, great Pear and Ginger Scone. Scone was tender with crisp exterior, delicately flavored with ginger. Pears were not cooked to a mush, definate plus, but added a nice flavor and moisture to the scone. Paired well with the Americano. Accompanied with a whipped lightly spiced spread. They even warmed the scone! Great service experience too.

Great, new, small coffee shop. Enjoyed a dirty chai and conversation. Due to weather, there were a lot of people all inside--which can make conversation a little difficult. During warmer days however, the outdoor seating is fantastic!

There's a number of quality coffee shops in Fort Collins, but this one is undoubtedly my favorite. Superb pour overs and their rotating specialty drinks are always fantastic. Definitely worth a visit.
