Bindle Coffee

Bindle is an absolute gem and Fort Collins is lucky to have it. Excellent coffee, thoughtful food and pastries, unique atmosphere, and welcoming staff. If you go at a peak time, you'll wait in line a bit but for me that adds to the experience and makes me happy to see a small business thriving. Bindle is among my favorite cafes I have ever been to. It's a special spot worth frequenting.

Great coffee house mixed into the Jessup farmhouse collective, Bindle is a great place for an early morning meeting and quick weekend get together. 5 Stars when the fire pit outside is turned on!

I like my espresso served hot and with a side of bodily autonomy, thank you very much. Bindle Coffee, it's been nice knowing you. You know what you can do with your vocal support of the dramatic rollback of women's human rights.

I prefer my coffee without someone else’s politics in it, just sugar and cream thanks! I’d highly suggest taking your business elsewhere, there’s no shortage of great coffee in Fort Collins and you don’t have to get it with the side of evangelical weirdness.

Only one size of coffee right now and carry out only because of Covid, but the oat milk latte was delicious, even if it was a bit small. Magic muffin was delicious, too!

If we are judged by our social media likes and comments… At some point we’d all be cancelled by someone somewhere for having different views. It’s crazy what our culture has come to. “I’m so mad that someone has a different opinion than me, so I’m going to cancel them. Wish them to go bankrupt, threaten them, and hope they die.” Really? That’s your solution. Good luck drinking sub par coffee somewhere else.

Whether you’re just passing through or a long time resident of Foco, Bindle is a MUST! Cute atmosphere and great coffee. My favorite (if I’m feeling like treating myself) is the Bourbon Caramel Latte (also great with oat milk)! They also make a mean cortado. Great summer spot with a big patio to enjoy. Bindle is a fav for sure!

Went for coffee and a breakfast sandwich this weekend. Both were excellent. Missed the lines by ordering online and picking up at their outdoor window. Was able to sit at a remote table outside and be socially distant. As a cancer survivor and a person that's high risk for covid, this was a godsend. I could enjoy an awesome breakfast safely and without worry ;)

Best coffee shop in Fort Collins! I love their matcha latte with dairy free milk and their gluten free breakfast sandwich is the most delicious breakfast sandwich you'll ever eat in your life! It's so special with the chives in the gluten free biscuit and the special sauce they add on. I crave it often!! I also enjoy their gluten free Paleo cookies, healthy and delicious! Great staff and customer service always!

Used to love going here, but recently they tried to force my girlfriend to drink whole milk rather than almond, even thought she has a pretty severe allergy to it. I refuse to support a business that is trying to force harmful things onto its patrons even in cases where it could severely harm or kill them. Lost my business…
