Their breakfast sandwiches are insanely good! So many places make such small bites for breakfast, but that was definitely filling. Coffee is great too. I'd love to visit in non-covid times to enjoy the whole atmosphere!

Favorite coffee in town! This place is run by a local couple and they are awesome. If you are looking for a perfect cup of coffee, this is your place! They also excel at creative lattes and pastries. It's little, but has great outdoor seating.

Best coffee shop in FoCo and we have some good ones here! The vibe is awesome being in an old garage/shed from the old farm. The coffee is delicious and the food might be even better! The only downside is that it’s a small place and gets pretty busy. In the summer it’s not a problem with outdoor seating but in the colder months it gets pretty packed.

We really enjoyed the coffee and atmosphere at Bindle Coffee on Saturday morning. It's a small spot so fills up quickly, but the people are friendly and it has a nice local vibe. Even though the line was out the door, the staff didn't come unglued. I appreciated the fact they remained pleasant, and cheerful even with a line of people staring at them for their morning hot drink. Mike did a great job making my Gingerbread Latte. The breakfast sandwich and other pastries are very well done. Yay ! Keep up the great work !

Working in customer service for 20+ years and I still know how to greet people with a smile, a hello, a simple greeting of kindness. It’s sad when someone is so miserable in life that they can’t take a moment to be kind to others. If you don’t like your job take the initiative and do everyone a favor and look for something that puts a smile on your face. Life is too short to be unhappy. Get happy! You deserve it! (And cover up your pastries! Nothing ruins the appeal of food in a case when there are flies all over them).

This place has publicly announced their stance aginst the rights of peoples medical privacy. Also their coffee is bland, had to stop at Dutch bro after to get something substantial. That was years ago, but never returning.

This is definitely one of the coolest coffee shops I've been to. The coffee leaves more to be desired though...my cortado didn't have the right consistency and it was also very bitter. My friends pour over was too watered down...didn't really taste that great. Definitely will try it again because they sure look like they know what they're doing and it's just such a cool place. I've heard great things and will give it another chance when I'm in the area.

Decided to treated myself to a yummy Bindle chai & pastry today since I haven’t been since summer of last year. After I ordered my chai I asked if it was ok to wait outside since it was busy and there were not a lot of room to wait inside. Once outside the young girl working the to-go window asked if I waiting for an order, I told her about the chai I was waiting for and asked if she knew how much longer it would be. She mentioned they were making it, turned around and sarcastically said, “how much longer is it going to be!” And then sarcastically replied to herself, “fooorrrrever!”. Shortly after a young man handed me my chai, I mentioned I wasn’t trying to be rude and apologized if it came across that way. Honestly, I doubt I’ll go back, yes they have yummy treats but it’s not worth it if it means being disrespected when I go.

This may very well be the best coffee shop in America! I've been to all the best places in Portland, New York, Boulder, San Francisco, etc., but this place has it all! Perfect cozy atmosphere, great coffee, nice staff, delicious food, and awesome outdoor seating.

It's nice, cute interior and great food. It's always pretty crowded and as of 10/14, they haven't opened indoor seating.
Considering it's the only coffeeshop in this part of town, it certainly fills the void.
