Bindle Coffee

When I moved to Fort Collins 3 years ago, I thought Bindle was quite good. They have continued to improve over the years and now I can confidently say they are phenomenal. The nuanced flavors they get out of the beans is so impressive (and tasty!). The Guatemalan and Mexican they have right now are bursting with flavor on my V-60 and Aeropress. Customer service has always been great. I'm not going to demand being overly pampered like others, but I've never felt they were rude like so many other third wave coffee shops. Everyone's always been very nice. Oh and my wife says their sweet or savory pastries are top notch.

Why do you as a coffee shop feel the need to involve yourself in politics?! Why are you isolating part of your customer base. What does coffee have to do with abortion. If you would turn someone away from your business because they have had an abortion they do not deserve to have customers and that is discrimination. Just serve the coffee and shut your mouth

This company will gladly take a woman’s money to make them coffee, but will turn around and use it to support politicians who would like to watch the die. They don’t care if your children get shot in school. They don’t care if you need proper healthcare to care for an ectopic pregnancy. And tbh, their coffee is only halfway decent but overpriced and overhyped.

Plus the owners have the guts to publicly state that murdering babies is not ok. Will be spending more time here because of it. Thanks for doing the right thing! You’ll have my business!

Below average coffee. Rude staff. The business is anti-freedom also. They publicly state their anti women and anti reproductive rights views. Much better places for coffee.

Honestly it’s just an overpriced place to get mediocre food & coffee. At first I thought the atmosphere was cute, but as soon as I heard that the owners are against women’s right to bodily autonomy, I could care less if they ever get another penny of profit again.

I absolutely love Bindle!! The coffee is fantastic, the people are always friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is adorable and inviting. I recommend Bindle to everyone I know! I don't live in town, but every time I'm in Fort Collins, my trip isn't complete unless I've stopped for coffee at Bindle. I highly recommend the iced Old Elk Bourbon Caramel Latte - Literally. THE. BEST.

Bindle is definitely a landmark in Fort Collins and is absolutely one of the best coffee shops in town! Savannah is one of the nicest Baristas I’ve ever met, she puts so much love and dedication into each drink, it’s truly a treat whenever I get to stop by!
