Bindle Coffee

Friendly staff, highly skilled baristas. Some of the best lattes I've ever had, great espresso, perfect microfoam and milk temps. Food selection isn't huge, but it's very good (try the breakfast sandwich).

Cute little place with a huge selection of coffee. They get a good flow of customers there, however they don't have much room for seating inside. There is plenty of seating outside, but that isn't usable in the winter. They have very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Not a big place but cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Good coffee and snacks.

First visit to Bindle and tried a medium size cup of their Peruvian coffee. First, the price took my breath away....$4.81 for a med cup of plain coffee (and people complain about the price of a gallon of gasoline?)

However, the pleasant taste of the Peruvian relieved some of the anxiety over the price, that is, until the coffee started to cool a bit. By the time half of the coffee had been consumed the flavor profile had changed form a pleasant flavor to a very bitter taste.

Ended up trashing the remaining half cup, so my real price of coffee was almost $10 per cup.

First and last visit to Bindle.

Mediocre coffee at best, they also could care less about human rights. Many other local businesses to patronize in the area instead.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Only get coffee here if you’re stuck in the 70’s and want to celebrate forced birth while you sip on your coffee.

Sit and savor. That says it all. Enjoy some of the best coffee Fort Collins has to offer while soaking in the wonderful atmosphere of this building. Combined with the attitudes and heart of the baristas, there's no competition.

Quality craft coffee (roasted in-house) combined with world class baked-goods, you might just want to set up camp for the rest of your life at this place.

Great coffee. Great people. Great place. They tend to be victims of their success. It’s often impossible to get a seat inside. There are seating options outside though,weather permitting.

I dont know why it took me so long to experience this gem. Amazing coffee, delicious in house made almond milk. And great pastries. Loved the gluten free grain free options!
