Scooter's Coffee

I know this is a chain, (NOT my go to for coffee shops), but the staff is so great and the menu has a fair bit of options to tailor your drink around your dietary needs/wants.

Can't say the same for their food options, people with food allergies (like wheat or dairy) should steer clear unless willing to gamble on the only "likely" safe option of oatmeal.

If you're looking for a simple coffee shop to get some work done or meet a friend, would recommend 👍

Their coffee drinks are good but maybe a little expensive. I love the smoothies although I suspect it is a pre made mix. The one thing that stands out is the wonderful service they provide. Always super friendly. I would recommend they add a tip section to the debit receipt. I never carry cash and hate feeling like I am stiffing them a tip when I go there. All and all I appreciate this place.

Visited today for the first time and loved it! The hot chocolate was good, environment was nice, and one big plus was there was no loud music like a lot of other coffee shops have (a problem for me when I'm trying to talk to someone, or work). Great experience and I will be back.

Scooters coffee shop at Austin Bluffs and Academy just continues to out do themselves. The staff is super friendly and they go all out to make the customers feel welcome and that they get what they want. The atmosphere is cheery and kept clean as well!

Scooters is my go-to whether it's a sweet tooth a quick tasty breakfast burrito that's not too big or a nice cup of coffee or even a smoothie instead of a meal. 99.9 10% of the time I am greeted with a happy smiling face the other 1% is when they're busy and they're still happy to see me but we don't have time it really touch base it's to say hello here's your coffee pay for it and I'm on the go. Thank you scooters for being real and not flaky!!

They're kind and helpful if you don't know what you want. The chai was made to order with a double shot of espresso. They didn't complain about about having to use the espresso machine like some place do. My only complaint is the outsourced coffee beens. Oh and the sizes are to small for my personal taste.

My first time trying scooters and Sofia at the drive thru window was so genuinely kind and sweet . Will be coming back ! 10/10 customer service

The product quality is solid.

The whole asking for tips in the drive through thing is tacky and really uncomfortable to be the subject of. Maybe provide a less direct way to tip through the drive through?

The up selling is overly aggressive to the point of being annoying. Multiple up sells every time I come through is too much.

Scooters is by far my favorite coffee shop ever! Amazing customer servicve, amazing coffee, and amazing food! Everything about them is AMAZING! I try to stop by there everyday for my coffee and breakfast bacon chibatta. ❤❤❤

Only had coffee and a visit with a friend.
