Sweetie's Cafe & Catering

I ordered a California burger for my friend who was in the Redding area. He said that everything was delicious. I live in NYC and I called the restaurant just to confirm my order and that he would be picking it up instead of me. The woman I spoke with was very kind, sweet and professional! If I ever make it out that way I plan to stop by and support locally! Thanks Sweetie's Cafe!

When I first got back home to Redding I had to have a steak. Sweeties has amazing steak.

We ordered dinner for the whole family and the process was super easy and the food was amazing! Brisket & Pulled Pork with salad, potato salad, mashed potatoes and garlic bread. Yum! And the staff was super friendly and helped take it all to my car. Highly recommend Sweetie's!!!

Expensive, service sucked, and my tacos were pretty spicy. You really shouldnt be loudly chatting to a coworker right infront of your customers while they are trying to read their menu and than abandon the table while they are eating not asking if they need any drink refills or anything. Other than that good. Creme brulee is to die for.

Really yummy food and sweet waitress! Their bbq'd meats are amazing and so is the chili relleno appetizer!

This diner has a great vibe to it, friendly people with a touch of sass, and great food. They also make some of the best milkshakes and malts around. They have a classic milk shake machine that makes a perfect malt. If you go in be sure to ask for Olaug to make your shake - perfection!

*** Have many breakfast Cafe choices when I visit Redding. I can count on the quality of food and service at Sweeties. This time I had there Checken fried steak, everything was great!

I love the personality of this place, everyone is on it.
They have to be. They've been busy everytime I've been there.
If your looking for an old fashioned coffee shop/greasy spoon Diner I recomend you check them out.

Horrible experience, we made a Togo order because I tested positive for covid yesterday. We ended up waiting for over 2 hours and the explanation we got was because we weren’t in person. These people need to think about people’s situations and maybe take a class in customer service. Avoid unless you want your day ruined

I do not remember her name, It started with a K i think was a very unique name. Loved it. She made dinning there and make a milkshake such a fun experience. Would absolutely go back to just to interact with the great staff such as her.

Told the waitress we were a bit rushed and they had our order out in no time. When we got our food it didn't disappoint. I had a Ruben sandwich and the corned beef was moist and delicious. The sauerkraut was delicious too. Great little stop .
