Classic ol restaurant, clean, comfortable, quiet. Comfort food n then some, I had the best pork chop n apple sauce I have ever had since Mom passed. Great service to match the food n ambience!!!

Eggs benefict are pretty good. They Burnett my fries once and I had an order to go that took at least an hour to get out.

Good home style cooking. I love the feel of a place that looks like it's been here awhile. Reminds me of home when I was a kid going out to eat. Good food very friendly. Nice family place .big menu selection.loved it

Prices are a tad high for me but the food is great. About $40-50 for a couple's lunch. But it was good! Fries and beans are good, cole slaw is nothing special. Cobbler comes in a big bowl, fed 2 with one. Will be back for the great sandwiches.

Good food and great service! Samantha was a fantastic server! I had an omelet with Sausage links and enjoyed it.

Nice cafe and great service. Good food, fast service, clean. For a busy Sunday morning, they delivered! Not sure what my girlfriend had, but the picture looks like a eggs Benedict of sorts. She raved about it! Convenient parking and decent pricing as well. I would like to try a lunch there- not sure if they have dinner, but I'm sure they must. I remember the ol' Paul Bunyan statue that was there years ago, think they moved to to trees of mystery on the coast. That must of been a sight to see. One star of 5 removed because of the noise factor, it's hard to have a conversation in there at times due to the 'chatter'- everyone was jacked up on the good coffee I guess.!

Had a great California omelet, fabulous hash browns done extra crispy. Everything was fresh and service was quick, friendly and efficient.

Very good burger and french fries also country fried steak was also very good.
We had a awesome server she was taking care of everyone herself and still was able to help us with a bunch of questions about the town my cousin charlie is thinkg about moving to redding. Will be back

This place really lives up to the name. The atmosphere was SO friendly, it almost felt like going home to eat. The food was great as well and on top of that it was quite affordable. Would definitely go back.
