Make sure to reserve a table in advance, other than that everything is perfect. Food was very tasty, the service was fast and friendly.

Very bad restaurant. The food was improperly prepared, the bakery item was not fresh, the services was extremely slow and, yet, the restaurant was packed. It's clear to me that the economy still needs to slow down a bit because this restaurant should not be in business.

There's no service since you order via a qr code. They still ask for tip upfront. And then serve food after more than 30 minutes. It's a breakfast place, so I went here hungry. It was a bad experience. The food is very expensive for this kind of experience.

Amazing food, drinks, and atmosphere! We will definitely be back. Fantastic brunch

Extremely disappointing. Bluestone needs to make sure there is a consistent approach to there locations otherwise the brand is damaged. We waited 15 mins to be served. This was not because they were busy or short of staff but because there is not customer awareness. As an Aussie, I feel this location does not do an Aussie cafe justice. Sort it out team!

I was having some serious withdrawals regarding good coffee until I found this place! Australian style espresso coffee 🤩 I’ll be back every day until I head back to the land down under!

I have dined in here twice and have to say that both experiences were far from satisfactory.
1. The first time my online payment could not be processed and I had to order in person. They messed up order and had to ask me to restate my order after I had returned to my table. The second time was even more ridiculous. I waited for like half an hour for the Big Brekkie, which was very easy to put together. After my friends got their food, I asked my server to check if mine was ready, and he said everything we ordered was served, and I was like excuse me? I had to show the email receipt as a proof that I actually ordered and did not get my plate. Don’t know whether the system or the crew had to take responsibility, but I cannot take the negative experiences as a coincidence.
2. I found thick human hair on my bacon :((( when I brought this up to my server, he stared at me with the puzzled look “okay so what do you expect me to do??” Sure it’s just hair, but isn’t it reasonable to expect at least a polite apology and an offer to switch the bacon?
I wonder if it’s because guests pay for the food and service in advance that there is no incentive for better service. I do like the environment, but I would not go again for such service quality.
