Amaizing!! Staff is so nice. Very friendly. Fast service. Great food and the best coffee! Will be back often. Love it!

3 stars mainly is the value. I know this is a high end cafe but don't see good value. There are plenty of places in Los Altos that charges as much but offer better value.

Very average food, chicken sandwich is ok though. 0 services provided other than host at the entrance, maybe due to lack of staff

For such a beautiful terrace, this was a disappointing and also embarrassing experience. We brought a guest here for brunch. The food was served cold, the extra hot drinks were served cold, out of three meals 2 arrived and the third person had to wait extra 10 minutes for a simple avocado toast. We ordered 1 cappuccino, 2 earl grey tea, one tea and cappuccino arrives, again the third drink didn’t make it. After 20 minutes of waiting and inquiring about the tea, the waitress informs us that the kitchen only received one tea! Asked to see manager, we had the receipt of two tea, finally we received a simple cup of tea!
All I can say is this place is disorganized, management is lacking and staff are not professional. Food would have been great if served warm and on time. Don’t think we will be returning.

Great breakfast/brunch place. Beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly service. Great for taking pets along.

Great tea, ordered the "big brekkie", and it was absolutely brilliant. Very airy and attractive, and super fast line. Very efficient service 👌, And for anyone who loves a good brunch. Five 🌟.

Order was ready literally in 2 minutes. We would be willing to stay longer, but they got closed at 6pm — probably the only thing which I would list as disadvantage, otherwise — recommend!

Nice place to have relax and have a conversation, but the food... Eggs Benedict were done all wrong on a sliced bread with prosciutto and arugula. And the Eggs were hard-boiled overcooked. No thanks.
