Philz Coffee

Service is always nice. Most of the time I go they are really busy and there's no where to sit. Be prepared to wait some time to get your order during peak coffee times

Loved their coffee .. their app is good.. you can order ahead and pick up .. We really liked Ambrosia Coffee of god’s.. it’s a nice touch that they put the name of the barista who made the coffee..

If I am within 5 miles of radius from Philz coffee, I wouldn’t miss an opportunity to grab a coffee 😀

I like mint and rose flavor cold coffee , really wish if there were more locations in Bay Area

First time having Philz. The coffee was great, the food was good, but the seating arrangement wasn’t ideal for people wanting to sit down and eat/enjoy their coffee. The food took 30 mins to come out. I had a group of 6 people.

Best thing of this place is that they brew coffee by cup. Good place for a very fresh coffee

As a decaf girlie I tend to get the medium roast sweet and creamy. When I get non decaf I usually go for the tesora blend. Soft pretzels are nice but only come with hot sauce or mustard!

If anyone wants coffee, this is definitely the place to go to. Compared to Starbucks or even peets I'd def prefer Philz. They have earned a customer for life.

Arguably the worst Philz you could go to. An hour to pick up a mobile order and when you arrive 4 out of 7 of the baristas are gathered around a phone chatting while the register isn’t be run by anyone and the line is half way to the door.

The product is good, but it’s clear lately that management doesn’t care about customer experience or productivity. The floors aren’t swept, the tables are dirty and when I went up to ask about the restroom code I was told it’s “xxxxx….you’re welcome…” before I even got a word out. I had no other interactions with staff other than that. I’ll admit I’m bummed, I really liked this place. But after several bad experiences in a row Philz is no longer on my list of places to get coffee.

I love Philz Coffee! I prefer the Philz pour overs over Starbucks' espresso drinks. My favorite is the iced coffee rose (lightly sweet with the creamy cream). Everyone is friendly and if there's a long wait, the cashier will let you know before you order (I appreciate it!).

The coffee there tasted scrumptious and delicious and the environment and atmosphere around here shows inclusive.
