Philz Coffee

Service was friendly and swift. Staff were great and caring. Coffee? Well, AWESOME!! Loved it...HOT and STRONG is the norm that I crave. Tried their bacon and cheese(?) pretzel snack...wow!! SO good! And I don't really care for pretzels...go figure!! I was mostly just curious!!

they threw away my drink after 12 minutes. pickup time was 8:00am. I arrived at 8:12 and noticed my drink wasn't ready so I waited. at 8:20 I asked the lady about my order and she said it was thrown out because it's been 30 minutes. I arrived 12 minutes after pickup time and didn't see the drink, so she threw it away even before I got there. also when i asked her about my drink, it hadn't even been 30 minutes from the 8:00 pickup time. she offered to make another one, but given how busy they were I declined. I was not refunded.

also on multiple occasions they ignore your hello and thank you's even though there would be no one else there.

I live 4 minutes from this location but drive an extra 25 minutes to another location as to avoid the low grade service and constant mistakes offered at the fremont location.

We had Julie’s ultimate , and it was really bold with flavors. Their almond croissant is delicious!
The songs played added to this place’s happy vibe 😄 All the girls working here are amazing and frank!

Good coffee as always but the wait is long

(I have been to this location many times and have never had an issues.)
During my last visit i ordered a large coffee and was given a medium coffee. When i asked to get what i paid for the batista poured the contents into a large cup and just added ice. Saying that the contents of a medium coffee is the same as a large coffee only the cup changes.

What this tells me is that I, and others, pay a dollar for a bigger cup and more ice. Truly disappointing and i hope this isnt the case at other locations.

It’s nice to have an option for a more premium cup of coffee in Fremont, which usually doesn’t have brands like Philz. There are definitely nicer and larger Philz locations but the outdoor seating area is nice and easy to find a seat in the weekdays.

Extreme disappointment... Got there at 6pm. They close at 7pm. The employees were already cleaning the store. We ordered a cappuccino. The lady said the espresso machine was already shutdown and offered to do it with drip coffee. We declined, but my daughter ordered a cold brew. They came back with some coffee that was still warm but filled with ice. Tasted stale and horrible. Went straight to the trash right outside. We then went to the other coffee shop right across the parking lot and got excellent service there.

Loved the coffee. You can get ground beans as well.

Went there at 8:06 pm only to realize that the Google business is not the correct time.

Update: I visited around 15 mins before closing time to grab a quick bag of beans and they had already locked the store up. 😮‍💨

Excellent coffee to start your day with. What else can anyone ask for!
Lot of place for sitting inside as well as outside, ample parking space and the great coffee.
