Delicious beer, shame about the food. We ordered a burger and "tacos", both of which were utterly tasteless, cheap, and lacking in substance. The tacos were wrapped in a burrito-sized tortilla had no sauce while my husband said the burger tasted like the cheap kind he ate for school lunches. Maybe the kitchen was having an off-night as they were very busy but I would not return here.

Average food, worse service. Seems to cater to locals which I'm not. As to the brewery, I'd rather drink a Budweiser. I will not be back

Shared the large nachos with a protein and it is definitely enough food for two. Great food, friendly staff, cool/funky decor. Highly recommended.

Love going here for some good food and great beer.

This place is classic Humboldt but the food is spot on every time too. Must eat their fresh cut seasoned french fries at least once (or even twice) a week. They always have a great fish & chips and recently I had the most delicious, fresh whole crab in garlic, wine & butter sauce-had to come back for that one. My daughter is a vegan and the last time she was there the chef personally came out to speak with her and create her a fresh, personalized dish which made her feel very special. The atmosphere is upbeat but the noise level is not too loud. We often luck out and catch a nice table in the sun right off the Broadway side. The place is kept clean and staff are professional and cheery. It is such a happening place though that when every table in the house is full getting in and out on lunch break can be a challenge.
4 years ago I booked/reserved the upstairs section for my husbands 50th surprise party. It was an excellent time & super reasonable too. Good times.

Sat at the bar...GREAT server and service! The Lost Coast Brown draft was really good and both of our meal choices were super good! They need employees badly, so if you need work apply at Lost Coast Brewery and Cafe! .looked like a nice, friendly place to work.

Stopped here Valentine's weekend with my wife for a casual lunch. We were both really impressed!

The service was great (and quick), the food was incredibly good, and their Rose Cider was amazing. Overall we had a great time and would absolutely stop back again.

Went here with family while on a road trip and was highly unimpressed. We did not try the beer but the food was WAY overpriced for unimpressive quality. $6 for a soft pretzel?!
Some of the menu items sound good but unfortunately the skills of the kitchen staff lack the ability to live up to the menus promises. Our food took a long time to come out and was missing items. The guys at the table next to us had their order “lost.”
The clam chowder was too dressed up with ingredients that it didn’t need and was unpalatable.
I gave an extra star because our server did a great job despite the odds being clearly stacked against him from the kitchen side.
Perhaps the beer is good but don’t waste your food dollars here.

Food was decent. Double IPA super good but not a fan of any of the other beers. The food sounds great and looks great BUT did NOT taste great. they specialize in creating fun new versions of classics like a patty melt that sound great but are poorly executed. I bet if they spent the time preparing the food right and tasty instead of spending the time inventing twists on classics, the food would taste much better. The service and atmosphere was good though.

Fantastic from top to bottom. Great service and delicious food. Couldn't be happier with our experience.
