Good beer, disgusting food.
I wish this place took as much pride in their food as they do their beer.
Every dish ordered including the calamari, zucchini, and bread pudding were either completely bland or dry.
Advice? Come here for beer only and find somewhere better to eat.

Saw the fresh crab sign outside so we decided to drop in. Immediately staff was super friendly to say the least. Aside from our waitress who was spectacular and checked in on us throughout the night, the chef who hand selected and cooked our meal also came out to see how we were enjoying the food. From the view from our table we could also see everyone at the bar having a great time with the fun bartender. Forgot to take a pic of the crab because we pretty much inhaled it but here is a pic of their beer sampler đ

French dip sandwich meat was cold and gross. Sent it back. Not much better the second time- but microwaved hot and rubbery. Meat had no flavor and was like cheap deli meat. Was a icky yellow/grey color, like meat gets when old
Hubbies burger was blah. No seasoning on the meat at all.
Service is as mediocre.
One and done - wont be back

Good award-winning locally made beer and a varied food menu. I found a delicious salad and clam chowder with no bacon. Since firefighters are so important, I'm pointing to their coats that adorn the walls of the Lost Coast Brewery restaurant.

Lots of positives but go somewhere else for corned beef. Dry and sliced very thin.

First time dining here and the food was AMAZING! I wish I wouldâve taken pictures. Beers are so yummy! My fiancĂ© and I split the chicken lips and carnitas quesadilla. I asked for avocado with the quesadilla and the kitchen conveniently added this without even asking! Our server Jenny was wonderful. Always appreciate waters that are given without asking :) will definitely be back

There's a certain relief in feeling like you're a member of a pack. Far from feeling like wayward first-timers while visiting Eureka, we felt like pups belonging to our alpha bartender at the tasting counter of Lost Coast the moment that we stepped through the door. She had smiles, compliments, and an extravagance that left the cares of workaday life outside on the sidewalk. We marveled as our she-wolf managed to greet every person who came in the door, hustle food out of the kitchen, and keep us laughing with her tales of late-night bourbon drinking in front of the television.
There's not only a camaraderie and intimacy at Lost Coast--there is also the vivacity of the brewskies themselves. In stores, bottles of Lost Coast beer are eye-catching for their bright, animated, and unique personifications of everything from sharks to tangerines. Those same images dazzle the walls of the cafe, along with kitschy knicknacks and seasonal apparel. A taste of the sharkinator brings the cresting freshness of the beer label's ocean waves to life on the tongue. The flavors are naturally clean and abundant: fruity watermelon wheat, heady eight ball stout, and radical indica IPA all satisfy in different ways.
If you find yourself wanting to be in a place where you're perfectly suited to the space, then wander into Lost Coast. The coast may be lost; however, your inner wolfhound will be found.

Service was perfect, beer is always great, but food was super bland. We got the cod sandwich and chicken lips and both were tremendously lacking in flavor and seasoning. It was our first time back since covid started and really disappointing. Spent almost $60 and didn't even finish half our food.

Excellent food, excellent service, ask your wait person what is the best option, and they will steer you to the most delicious item's on and off of the menu. Ask em which beer or wine goes with your dish, they know that too. I had the carne asada nachos. They were superb. I got seated at a great table in the back, and I was waiting for a cab and I told the cab company to go to the back door. From where I was seated I saw the cab pull up and I quickly paid the check and got in the cab to go get a foot massage at Foot Logic Massage in the Valley West Shopping Center in Arcata.

Amazing burger and tacos! Amazing burger bears repeating! Iâm not even someone whom eats many burgers because they are never that great. I saw someone else ordering one and it looked good but it was better eating it!
