Outside seating area concrete floor area has not been power washed to remove mold, grime, dog pee on concrete (ever?). Mop or hosing down area inadquate for hygene. Area manages must get out of office and regularly inspect outlets for hygene - in and out - deficiencies? When was the last inspection by the district manager? Did the manager accept the current conditions as Ok?
