The coffee here is somewhat decent but not consistent. The bagels need improvement. And when I tried to get turkey with egg and cheese they refused to make it although turkey was on the menu(for those of us that don't eat pork this is upsetting) this definitely hurts the customer service rating. The location is a bit run down aesthetically, could use some renovation. Overall not a place I'd recommend for people to try.

Perfect amount of foam everytime and such a cute place 😃

Regrettably underwhelming experience. Coffee was decent and fresh, but there is zero ambience here. My dentist has a livelier office. Service wasn't rude so much as perfunctory. The place is clean but feels more like a retrofitted restaurant that failed. The most dissappointing aspect is how hard its trying to be everything: coffee shop, bakery, sandwich truck, etc. Also, despite the cute name and exhausting list of foo-foo drinks, their selection of flavorful additives is comically sparse. I cannot ethically tell people not to frequent a small business, but this one has a lot of room for improvement and customer interaction.

Sunshine is better if you want heartier stuff, but if you want a light breakfast/lunch and nice coffee this is better. The staff is very nice. Parking can be dicey at peak hours but that isn't their fault.

This our goal after our group walks in the lovely neighborhood! Good coffee, cold or hot drinks and sandwiches!

This place is so cute! Had a breakfast bagel, which was delicious, and a mango strawberry smoothie, which was also so good. The people were kind and the lady even apologized for the wait for the orders ahead of us; we waited less than 10 minutes for our food (dining in). I live a little to the south but I'd like to come back up here for breakfast some time!

This place is great place to get some work done or just relax with a croissant. The two lovely people that work here always seem to be working hard and are always so accomodating. I usually partake in a cappacino or a baked good, but I've also had their breakfast sandwiches. All of them are delicious. I come here to work all the time, and even though many people come and go, there's hardly a distraction throughout the whole day.

Love this place!! Have been coming here with a group of friends for a couple of years now after our workout. Latte Da is run by a wonderful family that knows how to make a good cup of coffee. They also have delicious smoothies, pastries and bagels ♡

This is a great local spot. A mile from 680 freeway for those passing by. The coffee, pastries, sandwiches, and salads are delicious! You can't beat the prices. And the family who owns it, runs it EVERYDAY. Hardworking people who are so kind. Thank you Latte Da!

For years my wife and I have mostly enjoyed stopping by the cafe during our walks several times a week. I even posted a very nice review early on. However, we have decided that the cafe is no longer a fun stop for us. While Wayne is usually very busy, he has always been actively friendly. Elaine, though, is often rather cold even when my wife or I give her a compliment.

That was our experience again today, which was particularly striking given our absence for about three weeks (due to an illness). There was no "Nice to see you again" or "Have you been away?" On top of that, Elaine knows that I like to have my tea or coffee in a ceramic mug, but this time she unceremoniously put down my tea in a paper cup. There have been a number of other odd and unsatisfactory interactions with her in the past, too.

Now, I know that people have "off" days. (In my youth I worked in a cafe for a few years myself.) And I know that people have less or more naturally outgoing personalities. People may also be going through a difficult time for one reason or another. But my wife and I are done with starting out our days with a grumpy person. It might be funny for a Seinfeld comedy episode, but I'd rather just toast my bagel at home.
