im so glad they finally opened here, hoping to open up in Moval as well but this will do for now, since its closer to the cemetary after visiting my parents. this is the 2nd time i been here and the staff are so nice and friendly, it was busy today but the workers are really fast. i really like their chocolate brownie filling donut. (i forgot the exact name) but that one is my fav. better than bostom creme. I also ordered their chocolate munchkins. will come here more often.
Nice restaurant that even had sandwich, I didnt know that. Everything taster good and service was realky good. There were only about half of the doughnuts on the menu to chose, but it was still many . The Coffee was really good and Best Coffee iv had from takeout place if you dont country Starbucks.

Was so excited to see one was built closer to me. I went ordered a large ice Caramel coffee. Repeated my order three time and when I go to the window they still had it wrong. When I corrected the girl she got an attitude with me. When I was handed my coffee I automatically knew by the color something was off. When I took a sip it tasted like straight creamer. So I went inside. I was rudely greeted with is something wrong? I said yeah this taste nothing like coffee I said I’m sorry but can I please get a new one. The girl grabs it off the counter rolls her eyes and throws it in the trash. The lady that made me a new one was just as rude. I love Dunkin’ but will not being going to this location again.
I was so excited when I learned that a Dunkin Donuts was opening close to me. After visiting 3 times once I was charged for my mobile order but when I went to pick it up it was not "showing up in the system" however I was clearly charged for it which I showed the employee. After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes and finally making it to the window the donuts that I specified in the mobile order were sold out. When I asked for my order to be canceled I was told that they could not cancel it and that I had to call the company. Why have a mobile order system in the first place? Plus they are always out of Boston Creme donuts. Very disappointed.

I asked about my drink and they gave me a dirty look and finally made it. The manager on duty was useless. I asked her why it took so long and said "we are very busy". How could all of the cars that showed up after me be done and all I ordered was 1 cold brew with no add-ons?! I gave them one more try, and guess what? Another bad experience. Everyone at this location needs to be trained on customer service. The manager was useless, the employees gave me a dirty look about my 1 drink, and others, about 4 people, that ordered on the app waiting to get their items. This is not the Dunkin Way! How America run on Dunkin', when not even Colton can run on Dunkin'without waiting an eternity to get their items?

I know it’s a new location However would be nice since we have the rewards app if they scanned it at the start of your order especially when you put your phone down with the scanning code as then they don’t have to disappoint u and say “oh wait I can’t scan it now as it to be at the start of the order. “ lol

My FIRST mobile order was so wrong. I ordered the Bacon Avocado Tomato sandwich and added egg & cheese, it didn't come with the egg, and the cheese was nowhere near melted. Got 2 drinks of different sizes, a small blended drink for myself because I am pregnant and can not drink large amounts of caffine, and a large Americano for my partner. They switched the sizes, so I was stuck with a very large drink I couldn't enjoy, and my partner got scammed out of his own drink. We ordered 20 mins ahead and still had to wait 10-15 mins for our items to be wrong.
Extra training is definitely needed, and support your poor workers with what they need to succeed.
First time going here, she was very friendly and they had a good variety, the donuts were fresh and the coffee was perfect. Will definitely go back and recommend 👍
