I love Dunkin"s coffee waayyyyyyy better than the Starbucks across the street buutttt they have been getting orders wrong. I gave it time since they just opened but my husband & I have super simple orders & they're still wrong 80% of the time. I will say they're super sweet & apologize when it happens & they'll fix the issue but my husband & I haven't been saying anything anymore when they mess up, we just take what we got.

She wears glasses and seems to always have a her hair everywhere which I'm not sure is food safety appropriate. Everytime she discloses information about the store to me it's done very rudely. They have lost a customer and need new management!
First time visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered a Matcha an Americano, and some donut holes. When I received my Matcha, it was a little too low went back inside and they took care of me. I really appreciated their attitude and their good customer service by the way awesome awesome Matcha.try it out guys. It is the Colton location on Washington in Mount Vernon. By the way, the manager is great as well them and great barista
Excellent service! Latte coffee and sourdough breakfast sandwich exceeded my expectations. Prices were unbeatable compared with other similar coffee chains.
These girls in night shift are the worst. They just don’t understand how to do thrive thur. And they seem to not comprehend the basic customer service. They don’t know how to add. They also throw my donuts box with the lid still open. Gave me the wrong donuts,The donuts are not even fresh. They are so hard and nasty. Im so discussed. I’m so upset over all.
No one greeted us. Simpl order of 2 wake up wraps took 15mins and the bacon was as hard a melted plastic. Worst dunkin this side of the Mississippi. Don't now come here not worth the time nor money
Went through the drive thru and the worker was so rude. Couldn't hear me even though I kept speaking up. Someone else comes on and rudely answers the question and when I mentioned something at the window, the lady closed the window and walked away. Horrible customer service. I work in fast food, too, and that was no way to treat a customer. I will not be returning. 🙂
Nope.. never again! Talk about hiring the wrong people. So rude and not friendly at all. They burnt our food to a crisp! And didn't care. Never going back. Ill stick to Starbucks
I specifically asked for sausage on my sourdough breakfast sandwich..they even asked with no bacon and I said no...I get home and it is only bacon on it...how hard is it to read a screen and make it right...and they want over $20 a hour...do a good job and I would agree but this is the same problem with all fast food ...young kids who really don't care

Bought a dozen donuts, hot tea & hot cocoa. The donuts are hard not very good & they take forever when going through the drive thru. Not recommended!
