Today I sat for a half hour in drive up with 2 people in front of me. When I saw that nothing was happening with the car at the window I went inside. A young man was sitting behind the counter watching traffic go by. I told him I’ve been waiting too long for my order and what was the problem. He says they are really busy. That’s why he was watching the traffic go by. When I placed my order I asked for chocolate frosted and he said they had none. When I came inside there were several choices of chocolate donuts. I asked for chocolate chip muffin. He said he just sold the last one. Hmmm those were in the case also. You can understand my anger after that! I told the kids c they didn’t get it together there will be no job to come to. Ok I feel better now!

Omg dunkin is dead to me never will I give a dime to this place. Even the donuts were old. Hard and inedible. Had my kids not been with me I would have my $30 back. Cream in coffee does not mean turn my coffee white. Literally white. And dear lord the hash browns had an odd spice to it. So zero stars would stillbe too much.

Daughter wanted Dunkin before school. Watched her order a croissant sandwich and refresher. She was promptly handed her sandwich. Watched her then stand inside for 15 minutes (I checked the time on the receipt) to get her refresher while the drive through flowed better than most fast food places and some customers who came in after her, left with their orders. I found a video from inside a Dunkin that showed a refresher is literally two premade liquid components poured over ice and stirred. What a joke.

Chris the GM is fantastic. He was able to accommodate my large order, despite the fact that I was a little late getting it in. I tried 4 other places, including another Dunkin location, and no one was able or willing to take my order. I was about to give up when I tried this location, and thankfully, they made it happen. Above and beyond customer service!

Good Leadership! Good Staff! They didn’t have any staff on 1st order so my app order was not ready, 2nd time around they MADE IT RIGHT! Order ready for pickup ASAP!!! Thanks guys, glad to have you close to Blackhawk!

I've been going 1-3 times a week for the past couple months.
I uninstalled the app & done going for a while because the drinks are never consistent and they run out of food regularly. My drink today is so sugary that I have to dump it out and made my stomach absolutely sick. It's why I request less syrup but it wasn't made correctly. Even at 1pm they'll be out of things such as muffins, donuts, and snack bites.
The individuals who work there work fairly quickly and are usually very nice. Quick service in my experience.

*edit to move from 1 start to 4. My kids have asked to go here a few times and I have relentled. I'm glad they asked. We have found a serious shift if attitude toward customers (new staff) and better management of stocking items. I'm really happy for them and hope this trend continues and the owners realize what a difference some of their new employees have made!*
I don't often struggle to summarize the high and low points of a business, but everything I have to say just seems mean and that's not what I want to accomplish. I'm actually sad for this business. I can't imagine spending so much to start a business and then running it the way it seems this business is being run from my perspective as a (former) customer. I hope they find some joy that starts a fresh drive to do well. Im not sure anyone sets out to do poorly- I hope they hit a stride and are able to have the sort of business they probably dreamed about when they started.

This Dunkin Donuts location is terrible, but after seeing some of the reviews on others in the area, I’m not surprised now. I and a friend had gone by several weeks ago to pick up an order of drinks and a dozen assorted donuts. We were the only people in the drive-through line and were still made to wait (we had also placed the order through the app a half hour previously), and when we were finally acknowledged, it was with attitude by the guy at the window. I explained our order, and after another period of waiting, we got our drinks and told to have a great day. I told him that we’d also ordered a dozen of the assorted donuts and he sighed and made us wait even longer, came back with a box and told to have a great day again. I opened the box and saw that not a single one of the flavors we had picked were inside, and they were all stale and some were even quite hardened. So I parked the car and went inside and told them this.
The same guy said “Well, we’re closing soon, and that’s all we have. If you don’t want them you can throw them away or give them to someone. Or call for a refund.” So after realizing I was wasting my time, I left and did just that. The only way you can even attempt to get a refund is by sending corporate an Email, and they’ll forward you to the regional manager. Good luck though, because the regional manager of this area offered a refund if I really wanted it, but when I took him up on that, I never heard from him or anyone again about it.
So long story short, avoid this Dunkin Donuts location, and better yet, just go to a different donut location since there aren’t any Krispy Kreme around here. Honestly, the donuts are better at even Meijer’s and they’re cheaper too. You also won’t have to deal with the gross incompetence and unprofessionalism of the workers they have employed up here at their locations either.

When I went to Dunkin it was horrible.Orders wrong and rewards not honored. All I wanted was a cold brew but I couldn't have it. Never going to that location again please strive for better.

It's great having a DD close to home. They are new, meaning making some mistakes, but the crew is friendly and fix it quick. They know I'm going to work a nightshift (i visit 3 to 4 times a week) and get me on my way with my drinks - made delicious.
