The new raspberry watermelon drink at Dunkin’ Donuts is so tasty. It’s a great summer refresher drink at a great price. Does Dunkin’ Donuts is always very clean. Very friendly. Staff and drinks are always make correctly.

The donuts are so good, but I think the employees need better training at the new manteno one, they're not the friendliest, and the coffee just tastes like hot water, usually it's my favorite place for coffee at the other locations

Finally got the BEST frozen Carmel coffee I've ever had from Dunkin donut. Now if they all could be consistent that would be great.

Every time I order my Carmel iced coffe from here, they make is amazing. This is the only Dunkin I will go to for coffee. The ladies there are so friendly and I always leave there ssmiling.Thank you ladies for being amazing 👏 ❤️

Pulled up at 8:00 at night to the drive-thru All the lights are on in the building to employees inside... Went to drive through but no one answered. Went to go inside and one of the employees inside gave me a look of attitude. Sorry how am I supposed to know whether or not you're open.

Drove on to Manhattan where they were open, pleasant, and a totally different experience!

The whole experience of ordering here is terrible. The entrance off of 9000 & entering off of 45 to go into the store (you have to loop around the building driving past the drive thru line). Also, the coffee is good, but their breakfast sandwiches are poor. Every time I order the bacon, egg, & cheese bagel sandwich, the bagel is not toasted and soft

Had only 1 type of donut and 1 type of bagel left when ordering at 5pm thru drive thru. Need to invest in keeping popular items in supply for all hours.

Manteno Dunkin is hands down the best one in Kankakee county! Just saying. And I visit Dunkin Daily sometimes twice a day due to I'm on the road for work.

Driving through on our way to Chicago. Staff was incredibly friendly! Good stop on our 8 hour journey!
