Dunkin Donuts

This location serves straight slop as food. I bought two oranges from there with black mold around the top . I got a bagel from there and it was stale and old and tough to chew and they put a whole block of cream cheese on it. Don’t eat here

Been going here since they opened, probably last straw today. Mobile order success rate is easily under 60%. Idk if it’s an app or location issue, but 3/10 would not recommend.

The employees here are going to make this location another shell.

My husband and I watched this Dunkin being put together in high anticipation. Our favorite coffee joint right by our home? Bingo! We have been here 6 times since it opened and each time it has been disappointing. We keep hoping they’ll get better but after another miss this morning. We won’t be back. It’s sad because the location is great, the employees are just awful awful awful.

I was hopeful because when I want coffee in the evening they are the only one open closest to me.
Three times, I won't be back. Tonight was the last straw. The internet and drive-thru window say you close at 7pm. At 6:36 the doors are locked and the kid inside is cleaning.
I've ordered online, go in and my coffee is not ready. When I ask where it is, the kid pours milk that had been heated prior to in a cup, resulting in lukewarm coffee.
I'm all about employing young people, but this has not been working.

AMERICA WAITS ON DUNKIN!

Went inside and ordered a single bagel to go. Watched and waited at least 15 minutes, if not more as they cleared a good 12-15 cars through the drive through before I had to politely inquire as to the status of my order. Guess I should go back to getting my bagels from Biggby's across the street - they would never provide such a terrible experience as this. Dunkin' Donuts, we know you can do better.

Finally went in to the new Dunkin Donuts on east state today got a coffee with brown sugar and cinnamon, probably going to be my new favorite. Got a bagel sandwich everything was delicious.

Sometimes the donuts taste day old. And coffee luke warm. I love Dunkin Donuts but this one needs a manager on top of things! Disappointed twice. Going elsewhere.

Never been to a dunkin dounuts, girlfriend convinced me to try it. We got 6 donuts. They were the worse I've ever had. Stale, dry, and tough. She also ordered an iced coffee that was extremely bland. Will not be returning.

Very impressed with the first week. The only DD in the area that is well staffed. Though incredibly busy, I am able to get my order quickly. Kudos to the manager and staff. Fantastic job! Keep up the great work.

Don't forget to download that app for great deals!!!! Location is great. Alot of the times they are out of things, esp certain donuts. I suggest you have a backup item ready. Low prices!
