This is our go-to for coffee in Carmel, located in the Cross Roads Carmel shopping mall - it's away from the downtown area and easy to park. Good selection of expresso drinks and more. Easy parking- fast service. Nice large area for seating inside and out. I've bought their beans for my home brew expresso and they're great.

Always easy to get parking, nice indoor and outdoor seating. Love that it’s in the center of the crossroads and close to everything. Next to the bookstore too!

Great little coffee shop in Carmel, Ca. My drink of choice is a hot mocha. This place has the best mocha I've ever had and I definitely recommend you stop by and pick one up.

Excellent coffee selections and pastries.
One of a very few aromatic coffee store in town.
If you ever visit Carmel Crossroads, don’t miss this joint. What I like about it is that they do offer variety of milks if you have lactose intolerance.

Good for coffee and pastries...once I ordered chicken wrap and asked to warmed it, it took forever and I had to ask them to wear food gloves ....not a good experience. They made me feel uncomfortable...and the wrap was the worst chicken wrap I ever tasted...couldn't eat it

Splendid little coffee place in a shady area of the Crossroads shopping center. Not heavily crowded if you're here on a touristy weekend, so it can be a nice getaway. Plenty of outside seating, really good coffee selection, and some nice baked goods, too. Very affordable. Doing a great job with its COVID protocol as well. I'm a fan.

Very delicious cream filled almond and choc croissants. Coffee is smooth with nice aroma. I ordered extra almond and choc croissants back home.
The ambience is quiet and relaxing. We really enjoy the outdoors seating under lukewarm afternoon sun after two day trip down to central California coast via Big Sur.

I went by one of the other locations previously and wasn’t impressed. Visited this one this past week and was floored. The coffee was flavorful and robust. Literally could still taste the freshness of the coffee and wasn’t drowned out by all the extras. Definitely one of my favs so far. I think I found my go to spot for a energy boost when I’m in Carmel!

None of the whole bean coffees have a light / medium / dark roast rating. I asked the barista for a light roast, and she recommended an Italian Roast. When I opened the bag, it turns out Italian Roast is medium / to dark, and this is definitely a darker roast. Please train your staff on what your roasts are.

I was just here a moment ago. I had originally intended to get a New York Coffee Cake, but there was none left. I quickly grabbed a cookie instead. It was a ginger molasses cookie, a cookie I had never heard of or tasted before. It was amazing. I also had a hot chocolate, it was great.
(Slight exaggerations in my telling of this story).
